When you contribute a lot of picks only, can you get a medal for that spot?

You post a lot of picks, videos, links, etc But people have to "RATE it" another meaning for it is "become a fan" of like that photo.

I'm quite new here, but I think that people get medals generally for links & images. Maybe picks get medals when really many people answer them.
