How do you get icons that move??????

well you can make them yourself or get them on certain sites!try piknic,or pilxr,or something like that to make your own.

As user icons? You don't.
As icons in galleries? You can find them all over the web.

go on youtube and tipe how to make icons move...SIMPLE :D

you can search online and you just click on a website and you can find lots of moving icons

gifs, aka icons that move, well, you can't get them. The F4 allowed the briefly a few times, but they're not allowed anymore.
