I think that it does, until someone answers it. If someone answers it, then you change it; that would mean that they could get it wrong. Fanpop doesn't want people changing pop quiz answers after some one answers it because they're not sure what kind of people are on fanpop, and think that they could change it just to screw up some ones pop quiz scores.

Hmm makes sense...but I feel bad cause people are clicking on the 'right' answer but are being told its the 'wrong' answer cause I marked the wrong one...blah! Thanks for the answer.
yes, as claire said, report it and in the notes section describe what the correct answer is saying you made a mistake because then the answers will be re calculated and the people who got it right will get their scores!
