Fanpop Question

Why doesn't Fanpop accept JEPG or GIF images?

It's a real pain having to convert all JPG and GIF images to PNG, it takes up a lot of time and it's a shame not to be able to add GIF images because when they are changed to PNG they don't move anymore.

It doesn't cause trouble for everyone, I can add images with GIF or JEPG (isn't it JPEG?), they might take a slightly longer time to load than PNG but not much to cause hassle or annoyance from me :) Are you sure it isn't something to do with your computer (I know nothing of computers so I won't be of much help), but maybe it just won't work for some people?
