Why can't I add more than two pick choices and three text choices to a pick?

I just updated IE and now I can't add more than the formentioned number of choices to picks. When I click on the add image link on the third pick it pushes me up to the top of the page. And it does the same thing when I go to add more than three choices. What is going on?
