Why can't I add more than two choices to a pick?

Ok I recently updated IE to 9, I think that is the number. And now that I have done that I can't add more than three choices with text, and two with pictures. When I click on add an image on the thrird choice it pushes me back up to the top of the page. And it does the same thing if I click on add another choice. Is this a problem with my browser? or am I doing something wrong.
