Has anyone's image quality went down while posting on Fanpop?

I have recently made a bunch of icons and everytime I post them the image quality becomes blurry.
So I decided to use highest quality on Photoshop and still the image's quality is pretty bad
:/
Is this normal problem?
Or do I have to do something to fix it?
