Uploading pictures

I uploaded a wallpaper and it came up as a photo so I deleted it and tried again. I doubt it, but is there a way I can fix this?

If the picture doesn't meet the size requirements of a wallpaper, it will come up in the photo section. The column on the right in the uploading page explains everything.
