I'm pretty sure everyone is goo tell you not to make repeated clubs.
I have had the problem before where a non repeated club (Non repeated meaning there was absolutely nothing at all related to the topic already here on Fanpop.

I just kept creating it a few times until it eventually stayed. If that's the case... and ONLY if that's the case, just keep trying.
It's more likely that you're creating a club that's either already there, or unnecessary because there are other topics too closely related.
