If i receive for e.g. a dedicated medal on a spot and after i stop my activity on that spot will i lose the medal?

if you unsubscribe and then re-subscribe yes you will lose your medal for a while. but you get it back (or a higher one depending on how much you contributed during that time) next time the medals are given oot. (no one knows how or when..its an automated process)

however if you stay on the spot and just stop contributing because you got your medal and thats all you ever wanted- trolls WILL eat your family- but the medals stays. but no one would ever do such an unfanpopeque thing,right?
