Can you help me find a story?

Well i guuess you could say ariel from the little mermaid. cuz she wasnt human. She was a fish.. and she wanted to be a human.

I'm sorry, but I don't know any book like that... if you want like a book about a talking animal instead, there is a lot of books on that. One of my favorite books is about a rabbit doll that thinks, if you want something like that, but no sorry, not that I know of, I haven't read one of those books in my life. :( sorry!
