What does Yukino mean?

I was re-reading the manga when I came across this, I didn't notice it at first...
But what does Yukino mean by "Zentopia Incident"?

Is the manga connected to the anime's Key of the Starry Heavens Arc or I just missed something in the manga?

She must be talking about the events in the anime, nothing else has happened with Zentopia, or that has caused many Celestial wizard to lose their magic.
But I don't think there will be a big connection, I just think it's a reference to earlier events, nothing more.

Indeed Mashima worked on this filler so it would still have a link to the manga (further assured by Yukino's statement), however only the general storyline of the arc is to be taken into account and not the details since Mashima only worked on that
