I have absolutely no problem with people liking dubs, i can see why they like them and it makes a lot of sense to me, but the one thing that really irks me is that some dub fans just totally bash the japanese voices saying "the boys arent sexy enough" and "the girls voices are soo annoying!" , well if those japanese people you hate so much hadnt made the show in the original japanese, then it never would have gained enough popularity to be dubbed in english! I actually agree with this club. Do you see people in Japan watching English anime? Rarely. So why do we watch subs so much? Wouldn't it be easier to watch something in our own language? Now, don't get me wrong, I like subs too and I watch subs, but I also watch Dubs. I also hate when people bash American voice actors, saying that "they suck, they have no talent" Yeah, some do, but alot are better than alot of people give them credit for. Just out of curiosity, do you guys just hate subs, or do you hate the japanese language/voice actors? cuz i really get annoyed by the words blocking all the art whenever i watch anime subbed but if i watch dubs, then i think it takes away the original experience of anime and i agree with that quote, i just like hearing japanese people talk and their voice experince.. im just fascinated with the language and culture.. and do you guys like vocaloids hatsune miku, rin, len. etc. just wondering! Alright, I'm going to say this before any more crap gets posted. And this applies to anyone who watches subs (including those that are part of this club).
