Ed Sheeran\'s always performing at all the big award shows and hitting those swanky celeb parties, but now he reckons he\'s kinda done with how \'cutthroat\' the music industry is over here and thinks he might pack it all in and \'go off into the wilderness\' for a bit.

Our Edward knows what it\'s like for struggling artists after couch surfing and doing teeny-tiny gigs for a good few years, and after speaking to some pals from Ghana he\'s realised he might just wanna music because he loves it, not because he wants to \'climb on top\' of other artists to succeed.

(He can always climb on top of us if needs be, but that\'s another story for another time.)

"I know a load of Ghanaian musicians in London and they\'ve always told me to go over there. I feel like I\'d go there and be revitalised. Their music industry isn\'t like our music industry. Our music industry is really cutthroat and people trying to climb on top of each other to get to the top. They just do it to create music because they love it.

"My plan is to get rid of my iPhone, get rid of Internet, get a Nokia 3310 and just go off into the wilderness somewhere for a bit. Even if it\'s just a month without contact with other people."

BABES, there\'s a lot to be said for a 3310. We still miss Snake (actually it was Snake II, wasn\'t it?) to this day. We can probably expect an entire album of polyphonic ringtones now, can\'t we? Not complaining.
