Courtney`s POV:I wasn`t sure if I was ready to die yet.I mean, since my father was dead,I couldn`t live anymore.He was the only one who was left in my so called 'family.'But I also had Duncan to worry about.I know he wouldn`t be able to live without me.I knew he loved me.And I loved him.I was just to much of a coward to tell him.I opened my eyes to see Duncan stading there with a shotgun pointed at the man."What are you gonna do?Shoot me?"the man asked not afraid."Well,if you don`t let her go,you will make me the happiest man in the world.Now ler her go."Duncan said still at aim.The man untied me and quickly took out gun and pointed it at me."3...2...1....."the man said.I closed my eyes again and I heard a fire.I didn`t know if I was dead,if Duncan was dead,or if it was all a dream.I opened my eyes and the man with a hole through his heart.If he had one.I saw Duncan holding out his hand.He helped me off the ground and said,"I love you." "I love you too."I said back.Then we kissed.

That night we talked and talked and talked forever it seemed like. And when we woke up i was laying in the grass, it wasn't even dawn yet, i checked the time on my ipod and it said 3:21 A.M. And it was tooo perfect, it happened again! She fell asleep cuddling up to me, it was so sweet, if i wanted to i could've told her i loved her, but that would've meant waking her up. I didn't want to, she looked so pretty, the lights of the eiffel tower shining on her beautiful hair, then i saw her onyx eyes open and look straight into my eyes. "Mornin Princess!"
