Recap: “Yes thank y…” She looked up and seen a man with midnight black hair to his shoulders with green highlights, a piercing on his tongue and ear.

“D…Duncan?” Duncan smiled at her…

"Hey Courtney" He smirked at her, "Oh my god hi" Courtney embraced him and he did it back,
"Mama, hurt!" Lilian cried so Courtney let go of Duncan and held her daughter even tighter.

"So that's you little girl" She nods, "Her name is Lilian Hill, Lilli say hi" Lilian looked at Duncan.
"H-Hi" She said softly, Duncan grabbed her hand and kissed it,

"Your a cutie" Liliana blushed, Courtney looked down at her daughter with her lip tilted up,

"Now what do you say baby?"

"T-Thank wou" With her other hand she twirled her black hair with her finger, her blue eyes shinned in the sun with her mocha texture.

"How have you been Duncan?" Courtney asks.

"Eh fine, I have a daughter of my own, her name is Janet, she's about one year younger than Lilli" He told her stretching his arms out.

"Aw how cute, hey would you like to come over for dinner tomorrow? I'm sure my fiance would love to meet you"
Duncan's eyes widen at the word 'Fiance' but he should have known if she had a kid then she must have still been with the father.

"Hey Duncan?" She took him out of his daze,

"Sorry, yeah I guess I could bring Gwen and our daughter, maybe it'll be nice..." He nervously rubbed the back of his head.

"Good! Here's my number, address and everything" She dug into her purse grabbing one of her cards and giving it to Duncan.
"Ok...I guess see you tomorrow" Duncan turned to walk away but before he left Courtney said one last thing.

"You've really done a good job with yourself" And with that she walked away with Lilli in her hands.

It is short I know but luckily I'm making a few parts to it soo...be happy!! Oh and Who is Courtney's Husband-to-be? Haha wait until next time

Duncan was leaving me?
All by myself?
I already got no sleep because the baby started kicking,but now I couldn't even think straight without the thought of his departure.
Tommorow he would leave for training,and then he would get "in the action".I was scared,and had reoccuring nightmares of him being shot.Shot by bombs,bullets,arrows,basically anything.
(That includes ice cream too.)
I woke up early(from cramps)on the day he was leaving because the army bus,or marine bus,or whatever was coming to take him away from me at eleven.
Possibly forever.....
