"Mom Why do have to go?" Courtney whined.
"Because sweety, i could earn BIG money with this case in Florida." Courtney's mother said. She had her brown hair tucked neatly into a bun with a few strands out of place. She had a gray suit on and black heels. Her brown eyes hiding under neath her glasses.
"Wait?" Courtney thought for a moment "Does that mean i get to stay home alone?"
"No."
"But why!"
"Because, your staying with my friend Melissa, you know the Myers? They have a boy your age, oh whats his name, Duncan?"
"WHAT! NO NO NO!!! ABSOULUTLEY NOT!!!"
"Honey im sorry, but you just have to deal with it."
"Ugh!"
Duncan had pestured and hit on Courtney since 7th grade. They fought everyday since then.
"Come on now sweetheart, i already have your bag packed."

5 MINUTES LATER AT THE MYERS FRONT DOOR!

'Ding Dong' Courtney's mother rang the door bell.(Just not confuse you, Courtneys moms name is honey)
A tall woman with short blond hair and blue eyes opened the door.
"Courtney! Honey! Your here! come in! come in!" She opened the door futher and moved out of the way and led them to the couch to sit. The living room was very colorful. The couch was lime green, The chairs was purple, the floor pure white and so were the walls. Honey and Melissa talked for a bit then Honey left.

Courtneys P.O.V
I sat, bored out of my mind and getting a little dizzy from all the colors. Melissa came in the living room and said "I have to go to work Courtney and i wont be back til much later tonight, Duncan is still sleeping. So uh make yourself comfy. Bye"

I got bored and looked through my purse. I took out my iPod. The first song it turned to was on of my favorites. 'I'd Lie' by Taylor Swift. I sang along.

I sighed. That song took a loy of breath out of me.

I gasped and turned around to see Duncan. Sitting right on the couch.
"Ugh eww never."
"Really because last time i checked my fav color is green, i do love to argue, i was born on the 17th, my sister is beatiful, i can play guitar, and i have told you many times that you do like me so you lie and say no."
I gasped in my head and tried to think of what to say.
"I never lie, i DONT like you, because i HATE you!"

My P.O.V.

Duncans eyes sagged. What Courtney didnt know was that when she said that, it hurt him. Deep. Duncan got up and dragged himself back upstairs into his room. He dropped himself on his bed and lay there. For hours and hours until he heard his mother and Courtney coming upstairs talking. He sat up, grabbed a knife and a piece of wood, and started carving.

Courtney's P.O.V

Melissa brought me into the guest room. It was big. It had a queen size bed, a dresser, three windows, a make-up stand with a mirror. Melissa opened a door in the room and said "This is the bathroom." The bathroom was big too. It had a shower AND hot tub sized bathtub, A toilet(duh), And a sink with a huge mirror. And another door?
"Whats the door over there for?" I asked.
"Oh yea, that is Duncans room. You will have to share a bathroom." I screamed in my head. Melissa opened Duncans bedroom door and walked inside, i followed, curious to see what his room was like.
The walls were Red, His bed sheets black. His room was a mess. everything, all over the place.
"Hey Dunky, watcha doin?" Melissa asked her son. I held back a laugh. Duncan not looking up said "Just carvin stuff Mama." I could hold it back any longer, I laughed SO hard. Between breathes and laughs i said "Mama?!?! Hahahaha!!!"
I finally stop laughing and looked up. Duncan was slightly blushing and Melissa was gone.
"Why you blushin 'Dunky'?" I starting laughing again but not as hard. He blushed harder and said "Shut Up!!!"
"Sure. Sure...Dunky!" I laughed while walking out and shutting his door.

Later on that Night!

I was bored again. I decided to take a bath. I turned on the faucet and put in bubble bath. I went back to the guest room, took off my clothes and put on my bathrobe. I got a bag out and took out some candles and set them up by the bathtub. I flicked my lighter. nothing happened, again nothing happened, once more, nothing happened. Damn out of fluid. I bet Duncan has one in his room. I went in side and looked all over. i found one by his cell phone. Cell phone, maybe one look at it wouldnt hurt. I sat on his bed and looked at his pics. It had a pic of him and his dog. Next had a pic of him and geoff smiling next to a sleeping trent with a marker drawn mustache and circle in the middle of his forehead. Next had, Me? In a bikini not paying attention to him, just talking to Brigette. But facing him, just with my head turned. Next had another one of Me? It was the day i fell asleep on the bus on the way home. It had me leaning my head against the window and him, head right next to mine smiling wide. Next had Me once more. I spent the night at Bridgettes and fell asleep early. He was laying next to me smiling. That was just last week. Next was a video of me, singing and dancing downstairs earlier today. I was so tempted to hit Delete but the phone rang. Home was calling. I hesitated. But answered.
"Hello?"
"Get Off My Phone."
I looked up to see Duncan in the doorway talking into the home phone.
"Oh, uh sorry." I put his phone down and got up.
"Why are you in here?"
"Lighter." i quickly left into the bathroom and shut the door. I lit the candles and got in the bubble filled bathtub. So Me loving music, put in my head phones. The song was 'One Time' by Justing Bieber. Knowing me, i sang along.

"Well will you at least go to Geoffs party tonight with me?"

"Then i guess im not leaving. Not even when you get out and will be naked." He gave another suggestive smile.

Courtney had already got out of the bathroom and was getting ready. She was wearing a tight purple tank top that showed her stomach, black shorts with a white belt, Purple converse, a pair of white earing hoops, and white bangels on each arm. For make-up she wore the basics, Eyeliner, masscare, lipgloss, and white eyeshadow. And not to forget she straightened her hair. She was looking herself over when Duncan called out from downstairs "TIME TO GET GOIN!" She grabbed her white purse and went downstairs. Duncan whistled at her and muttered under his breath "Damn." There was a slight strain against his pants zipper, just enough for Courtney to notice.
"Can we go before before your pants zipper breaks?"
Duncan looked at his pants,
"Oh..Uh. Sure..."
There was a motorcyle in front of them. Courtney looked at him and said "Uhh No. I am not getin on that death trap."
Duncan sat down on it and said "Fine i guess I'll just go into your room tonight while your sleeping and-"
"OK OK IM GETTING ON!" And she did. They got to party and they heard the music from outside.
"Wait, Duncan is there. Alcohol at this party?"
"Dont know Princess." They walked inside. There was people dancing, drinking, going upstairs to do 'certain things' and people just making out, which enventually just led to 'certain things' upstairs.
"Imma get u a drink Princess, be right back." And he dissapeared into the crowd. Leaving her alone. She just stood there. Then a guy with blond hair, hazel eyes, and obviously drunk came over to her and said "Hey...You should uh, you should come upstairs, i uhh, i uhh wanna show you something."
"No thanks."
"NOW!"
"no."
"Now!"
Courtney put a finger on his chest and he toppeled over. Then Duncan came over and said "Here you are Princess, an E.D.C."
"What?"
"An energy drink cocktail."
"Oh." She took a sip. It was good. She took another sip, Then a gulp, then she chugged it. It got into her system fast. 5 Mintes Later.
"Duncan i LOVE this song!!! Lets Dance!!!" She already had 4 e.d.c's.
"Ok."
