should i buy a new dog or not?

mura is 10 years old (that 10 means 100) but he don't live with me because my flat is too small. he lives in xashmi (village). he's names mura because his hair is like dirty. he loves to eat a lot and when he sew a food in my hands he's jumping and says "i want to eat it too!". parents talk that mura is morgal and i'm not gonna stay near with him.
