The next day, when the group left on the nature hike, there was some tension between the adults and children. The adults were unhappy about being wakened two nights in a row, because of an imaginary ghost. And the girls were upset that the grown-ups still wouldn’t believe the ghosts were real.

After hiking a few miles they stopped for lunch. Once they had finished eating Judy Quackmore stood up and said, “Now girls it’s time for the scavenger’s hunt. Here are the lists of items in nature you need to find.” She handed each girl a piece of paper.

As soon as they got their lists the girls scattered, to look for the items. While Webby was searching something shiny, mostly hidden by a bush, caught her eye. She rushed over to the bush and pulled the small object out. Much to her amazement it appeared to be a small gold nugget.

When Millie and Melody noticed her sitting on the ground by the bush studying the nugget, they came running over, “Hey Webby, what did you find?” Millie called as she and her sister came over to where Webby sat.

As we all know, the Disney version of the Little Mermaid is described as amazing and has a happy ending, but there is an extremely dark side to this story. So dark that Disney had to change a lot of details in the original story. Of course, if they showed what exactly happened in that book, I think they would be getting a lot of angry parent phone calls about how they scarred their child for life and they're going to sue them and all that stuff. Well, since a lot of people have not read the original book, I am going to share the story with you today. Maybe you'll want to find the book and read it some day, but I doubt it. Trust me. If you get upset easily, DO NOT READ THIS.

DISNEY VERSION-
Ariel is a sweet, and a bit of a rebel, mermaid is very fond of humans. She even collects human items. Of course her father, King Triton, does not approve of this, since his wife, and Ariel's mother, was killed by humans. He is not aware of Ariel's little collection until she misses a concert that was supposed to be performed for the entire kingdom. Ariel missed the concert because she was searching a shipwreck for more human items for her collection. King Triton...

The following morning, after the exhausting drive and ghost fiasco the night before, everyone slept-in. Judy Quackmore, who was not thrilled by this at all, began to march from room to room at about nine o’clock banging two pans together and yelling, “Get up! Rinse and shine, all you lazy bones!”

Even after everyone had gotten up and gathered in the breakfast-nook she was still not happy with the group’s attitude. Daisy sat at the table and yawned, “Mrs. Quackmore, why did you have to ruin my beauty sleep?”

“Well, we didn’t come here for our beauty sleep, now did we?!” Judy snapped. “And we’ve already lost a lot of time today so let’s begin the day making breakfast and earning our ‘Cooking’ merit badge. Hop to it!”

“Um… just a moment…I need me morning coffee before I begin the day,” Scrooge yawned, and then called drowsily “Uh…Duckworth could ye bring a cup of coffee to me?”

“Yes sir.” Duckworth replied as he went into the kitchen.

When they got out of the bus all the girls stared in amazement at the beautiful, three-story, cabin. It looked very modern, yet very rustic at the same time. It had a big yard that had become a little over-grown, and large pool in the back yard. “Oh my, how lovely.” Minnie said, “I had no idea they made cabins this beautiful.”

“Wow! I didn’t know they made cabins this luxurious!” Daisy exclaimed.

“Oh…it’s prettier than I ever imagined.” Webby said, “Uncle Scrooge, has always promised to bring me here, but he’s been so busy with work. So, I’m really happy I finally get to see it.”

Scrooge gave Webby a kiss and said, “Aye, I know darling. And I’m sorry I did no bring ye here sooner. But ye know how busy I am.”

While the group was standing in the backyard, after a quick tour of the large deluxe cabin, Judy Quackmore looked around her said, “Well, thank you for the use of your cabin Mr. McDuck. I think it will do, even if it is a bit luxurious for our needs.” Then she called “Alright girls, any Chickadees who want to do ‘real’ camping can camp out in the back yard!...

Huh?
(Note: This is my first disney story.)

Simba woke up from his slumber and sleeply opened his eyes.
"Simba...." A mysterious voice called. Simba turned his head and heard it. "Pride Rock...." It said again. Simba walked to the top Pride Rock, for it seemed that the voice was calling him to the top of the rock. He opened his eyes to see a ghostly blue light. He sleeply stared at it and as his eyes started to get use to the light of morning he saw the shape of a lion.
"H-huh?" Simba stuttered.
"There will be many.... who had troubles.... that will come together.... to stop the d-" The speaker suddenly vanished.
"What? To stop the what? Tell me!" Simba tried to call out to the light but he soon realized that it was helpless. "What will happen now?" He muttered to himself as he retreated back.

The following morning everyone woke-up bright and early. After breakfast, they set out to meet at Judy Quackmore’s house so they could start on their way in the twenty-passenger bus. While the fifteen girls in the Chickadee troop were boarding the bus Mrs. Quackmore came over to Scrooge, “Well, Mr. McDuck where is the driver you promised us?” she asked.

Feeling very excited Webby replied, “He’s right over there,” and pointed toward Duckworth.

“Webbigail, I wasn’t talking to you. I was talking to your uncle.” Mrs. Quackmore said arrogantly, “Now Mr. McDuck where is that driver!”

“Well, first of all don’t ye dare speak to me wee Webbigail that way again. And second, he’s right over there.” Scrooge said. Then he pointed to Duckworth; who was wearing a camo t-shirt, cargo pants, tennis shoes, and a ball cap while looking very awkward.

“Oh my gosh!” Mrs. Quackemore exclaimed when she saw Duckworth, “Who in the world is that handsome devil!”

The next morning Webby woke-up feeling very excited, she jumped out of bed and ran down stairs. When she saw Scrooge sitting in his lounge chair drinking a cup of coffee and reading a business magazine she ran over to him, “Uncle Scrooge it’s still okay if my Chickadee troop uses your cabin, right?!” she called.

Scrooge looked up from his magazine, “Aye that’s fine dear.” He replied a little less than enthusiastically.

“Oh, goody then I’m going to call Mrs. Quackmore right now and tell her!” Webby exclaimed.

“Alright, you do that darling.” Scrooge said as he chuckled. Seeing Webby that happy helped him feel a little more enthusiastic about the Chickadees using his cabin.

Later that evening an emergency Chickadees’ meeting was called, to discuss using Scrooge’s cabin as a solution for their problem. “Ugh… Why did they call another meeting?” Daisy groaned; as she, Minnie, and their nieces walked to the meeting. “Didn’t we vote just yesterday to put off the trip? If some mother, who wasn’t at the first meeting, has come in at the last minute and voted to go now I‘m gonna be...

Author's note: This is second, and I'm really excited to see what people think of it. I hoping the I get better result than I did with my first one. Anyway for those of you who haven't read my first one there are a few things you probably want to understand before you read this, or any of my future fanfics. 1. In my stories Minnie is portrayed as being very close friends with Scrooge (even closer than she is to Daisy). This is partially because they're my favorite animated hero and heroine. But, it's also because they have on occasions been shown as close friends and their friendship made more sense than Minnie and Daisy's to me. 2. Sorry Barks and Rosa fans, but Scrooge's personality in my stories is based mostly off his DuckTales character. I do love the Uncle Scrooge comics, but I grew up with DuckTales, and it's the best IMO. 3. These stories take place some time after DuckTales. Huey, Dewey, and Louie are living with Donald again, and Scrooge is now Webby legal guardian. 4. Webby's grandmother ( Mrs. Beakley) is gone. It's up to the audience to decided what happened to her. But IMO there where too many episodes where she was featured without Webby, and too few where...

Here is everything you every wondered or wanted to know about Walt Disney!
I suppose I should start... From the start!

Walt Disney was born December 5th, 1901
Hermosa, Chicago, Illinois.
Walt, along with his younger sister, Ruth, attended Park School of Marceline in Fall 1909.
Soon He and Ruth started attending a new school, near their new home.
Fast forward in a while Walt is a teen.
He started Alice Comedies with his brother, Roy.
It was reasonably successful!

Oswald the Lucky Rabbit
It was almost instant with success.
He lost the rights.
He felt he needed an icon character someone to replace Oswald.
Walt based his new character off a pet he adopted.
a mouse.

Mickey Mouse

Iwerks reworked with Mickey's appearance, but the mouse's voice and PERSONALITY were provided rom Walt Disney himself in 1947.
Random question, do you think Mortimer Mouse is catchy?

Everyone knows that " The Lion King" and " Beauty and the Beast" are their two most successful shows, but does that mean that they have to toss aside the others? I think once you have invested in something you should realize that there might be people that are still interested in seeing the show or that did not get the chance to see it in the first place. "Mary Poppins" was Great , and I would consider "The Little Mermaid" Great too, as would alot of people, but for some reason - Disney is shunning Mermaid. Alot of us didn't get the chance to see it - I am one. I live a long way from NY, and when you close a show to say you are going to put it on tour that is what you should do. It is still a much loved show and I think it would do well on tour in the states. I certainly hope its not the Europe version cause honestly no kid would watch that, I wouldnt watch that-it looks ugly and not much fun. We created something beautiful and Disney theatrical should own what it has and be proud of it. Seems like they have something against " The Little Mermaid" these days. Cause they should also release the 3D version in theaters still like they were going to.Disney bottom-line is keep your...

Rapunzel is adorable! She has amazing hair, round green eyes, and a giant heart!

10. Aurora

I haven't watched Sleeping Beauty in a very long time and I don't remember much about it so I have to put her at the bottom. Sorry Aurora!

9. Cinderella & Ariel

I usually avoid ties but I couldn't decide who I like better! I like Cinderella because she is patient, mature, and wise. She was abused for so many years and never turned cruel like most people would. As for Ariel, she is independent, proactive, and stands up for what she believes is right. I love both of them, I really do. It's just that I like the ones higher on the list better.

8. Merida

I love how she's so courageous and headstrong! Plus she's a lot like me: stubborn, rebellious, short-tempered, and doodles in class. I like how she speaks her mind, stands up for what's right, and doesn't care what anyone else thinks. She really is a great role model for young girls.

10. Anna

I think she's really pretty! I really like that her hair is so shiny and she has such pretty hairstyles! I also love her face shape because it's round, but not too round.Plus her glittering blue eyes are priceless and so are her long eyelashes. I think her rosy cheeks, freckles, and tiny nose are just adorable! I just wish her clothes complimented her nice body more, but that's the only complaint I have.

9. Alice

Wow she is REALLY pretty. I love her thick, fluffy bright blonde hair and adorable but realistic facial structure. Her eyes are a strong blue color that really stand out to me. She also has really good fashion sense. She has a pear-shaped body, but her clothes make it look pretty anyway. I have no complaints about her appearance. She is beautiful.

8. Kida

She was originally going to be #1 but opinions change over time. I think she's prettier than Anna and Alice so I had to put her here no matter what. Plus I would feel bad not doing so since she's one of my favorite Disney princesses. Moving on, she is...

9. Merida

I don't think she's as pretty as everyone says, but she's still pretty. I think her eyes are her best feature. Looking at them is like looking up at a peaceful, cloudless sky. As for her hair, I think it's a little too wild. It makes her look crazy. But at the same time, it's a perfect fit for her personality: free-spirited, rebellious, and unruly. That's why I like it. Moving on, I think her face is a bit too round. It's really cartoony. I don't like her ruddy skin tone either. All in all, she has her good features and her bad features, but she's still fairly pretty.

8. Belle

As beautiful as she is, I still don't think she's as pretty as everyone says. Her soft facial features are very unique and realistic, she has spotless skin, her lips are unique, and her figure is AMAZING. Her hair and her eye color are average though. And she may have a pristine complexion, but it's still pretty average. Overall, she's gorgeous, but she's easily topped by everyone else above her on this list.

Bonjour! So this is a top-twelve countdown of my favourite Disney villains. Pretty simple, I guess. (WARNING - contains spoilers)

So shall we begin?

12. Governor Ratcliffe (Pocahontas)

I hate this dude because he's greedy and selfish and actually kind of stupid and blind through his greed and love of gold. He pretends to go on the voyage to help other people find their lives but instead utilises them for his own benefits and not theirs. When he is told that there is no gold in Virginia, he turns blind and possessed, and will stop at nothing to make sure he can get his hands on it. He wasn't exactly a direct threat to Pocahontas herself, which is unusual for a Disney villain, as they usually try and target the protagonist (sometimes not initially, but they usually do in the end). I suppose what's good about him is that people hate him, which is kind of the point for a Disney Villain.

I've been planning to do this for a year and now it's finally happening. There was actually a certain movie on this list that I wanted for just so I could include it on this list but then life got in the way so I couldn't do it. My opinions are usually unpopular ones so some of these movies are actually loved by a lot of people so I'll probably be stepping on a lot of toes but I don't care. Please keep in mind that this is just my opinion so please don't be rude. Please comment and enjoy!

10.Peter Pan

Yeah it didn't take too long to get to a movie that a lot of people love for some reason that I don't get. Honestly I can't stand this movie. It has it's charming parts but overall it's absolutely awful. The characters are absolutely annoying! They're morons, stereotypes, incredibly bland, and have absolutely no character development. The songs suck, the only song I like is You Can Fly, the others are either bland or annoying. I can't stand the character Peter Pan either, in my opinion he's one of the worst fictional characters EVER, even Walt Disney hated him. The villain is really cool and pretty funny but he can't save...

Bonjour! This is a countdown of favourite disney heroines. These do not include animals as I will be writing a similar article like this soon about animals. I love all of the heroines but I just have favourites as I'm sure most of you do as well, and I'm sorry if some of your favourites don't make this list - even if you believe they should.

Let's get started shall we?

10. Snow White

I love Snow White - I really do. I think she's cute and sweet and it's sad that people put her down all the time, and I do not understand why. I've even defended her and Cinderella, link. I love how she stays optimistic throughout her hard times, (an evil queen (aka her stepmother) wants to kill her for gods sake) and I love the fact she bosses around the dwarves. She's beautiful and isn't too skinny (thank goodness). Also what I love is that she doesn't expect to stay at the dwarves' house for nothing, she makes a compromise to cook and clean for them. She's kind and friendly to everyone.

Besides making great movies with humor and adventure, Disney movies are also known to bring tears to our eyes. So this article will explain my top 5 most emotional Disney moments.

5.Simba climbing up Pride Rock to Become King:
This continues to be on of the most emotional Disney scenes. Simba has been through a lot. I mean my Scar ( best Disney villian ever) killed his father and he had no one except Timon and Pumba. Even when Nala came to talk some sense into him, he still doubted himself and his royalty. He even got a visit from his father to never forget who he is. And after a heated battle with Scar, he finally walked up that mountain. Not to mention, such emotional music was playing while he was climbing the mountain.

4. The scene from The Lion King when Scar kills Mufasa is just so sad and devastating. All you see is Mufasa stuggling and stuggling and trying to climb up that mountain

This scene brings me to tears every time, especially Simba's reaction, seeing his poor dad die.

The original VS the live-action remake. Perfect competition, huh? It sure sounds like a good competition. Well, what I'm about to state might surprise you. It might not, but we shall see. I'm about to tell you what I thought of both versions of this movie. Let's start with the original.

The original: Let me just say that the animation is absolutely stunning! They did a marvelous job. The characters are really great. Although they have awesome personalities, the only thing I didn't like about Perdy is that she was always scared of Cruella, but that's understandable. Especially when she was having the puppies. Though these reasons were understandable, she was never really brave until she and Pongo went to rescue the puppies from Horace and Jasper. Enough about that, and back to the review. Let's talk about the villains. Cruella is probably the 3rd most bad-ass Disney villain behind Shan Yu of Mulan and Sid Phillips of Toy Story. She can pack a hell of a punch! Jasper and Horace aren't really the best villains, but I have to give 'em credit for bring good henchmen. They're OK, but I would've liked to see them do more stuff related to their trait of character. Now, onto...
