This is a continuation of my prior article. These are my top ten Disney films, and while some of these are popular choices, I know I selected a few unusual choices. I'm not trying to impose my views, I just want to continue to talk about my favorite classics. Well, here's my list.

#10- Bambi

Sob...that's all I could say of this beautiful movie. This movie in many ways is like an older version of The Lion King, and shares its sadness and its beautiful epic tale. The way this movie is animated is the thing that stands out to me about this movie, and the beauty in this movie makes Bambi among one of the classics with the very best animation if you ask me.

#9- The Little Mermaid

This movie is really one that makes you feel like dreams come true. Ariel's determination to get what she wants, even when she lacks the ability to speak, is really inspiring in the movie, and this is a movie that is a great rollercoaster of emotions, ranging from jolliness of "Under the Sea" to the murky tones of "Poor Unfortunate Souls", and is among my favorite of the Renaissance...

Well, I have decided to write an article featuring my current top twenty classic movies. I have unusual tastes in some regards, so please don't flame me for those. My tastes in particular tend to be toward the early films made by Disney himself. I just want to write this article so I could talk about my all-time favorite classics!

#20- The Fox and the Hound

A really sad and bittersweet movie that has morals about society and also how friendship can survive in the toughest conditions. Still, I don't watch it that much because it is a real tearjerker...

#19- Mulan

I like this film in general because it empowers girls to do anything that boys can do. Mulan really stuns me about what she could do sometimes, and she is the type of character that can excite you. This film is great!

#18- The Hunchback of Notre Dame

Where I was stood it felt like flying. I could feel the soft breeze caressing my face and lifting tendrils of my long black hair. I smiled slightly as the wind reminded me of my mother. She was always with me, just like she said she would be.
I opened my eyes slowly to look at the beautiful world around me. Standing on a piece of jutting out rock next to the waterfall, I could hear the water rushing and cascading downwards. I could see all the trees laid out beneath me, lush and emerald green, only separated by the wide, glistening blue river that carried on the waterfall I was next to.
I stayed in my little bubble of content until it was interrupted by my best friend shouting my name.
“Pocahontas! Your father’s back! Come down here!” She shouted up to me from the little boat bobbing around in the water below.
He was back! Happiness swelled up inside me and my smile turned into a grin. I sprinted into the forest behind me and was going to find the path that led down the cliff side, but then decided to turn around. I started to run faster, picking up the pace as the ledge of rock came back into my vision. Adrenaline coursed through my...

The Song of Mulan is a famous ballad about a heroine of the Northern Dynasties. In this ballad, this heroine is called Mulan. But people always call her Hua Mulan. And in 1998 Hollywood made an animated cartoon Hua Mulan. But this cartoon is a light program, so it can’t show a real Mulan. I have seen a movie Joan of Arc which directed by Luc Besson, and this movie hurted seriously the image of a herine that I have known about Joan of Arc since my childhood. So if we want to know about historical persons, we must research true historical materials.

The first image of Mulan was a young woman who was born in modern-days Shangqiu, Henan Province in the early days of the Western Han Dynasty. Her surname was Wei. In the period of Han Wen-Emperor, Hun invaded the border, and the government conscripted armymen. Wei Mulan took the place of her father Wei Ying and joined the army. Unfortunately, she died in battle. The government gave her a title “Xiaolie” which means filial piety and heroism.

SPECIAL AGENT OSO:
Hunt Another Day

(The scene takes place at the grounds of Neuschwanstein Castle; Dotty, Wolfie (who are both in their agent vests), Buffo, and Musa are talking with Oso who is in his red uniform for his training exercise.)

Dotty: Listen up Oso, for today's training exercise, you'll have to recover this crown.

(She shows the picture to Oso)

Dotty: It's somewhere inside Neuschwanstein Castle. Along the way, you will see a sword in the stone. You can pull it out for bonus points. Once you find the crown, head to the throne room and we'll place it on your head and title you "prince for the day". I'll dress up as a queen.

Wolfie: I'll dress up as a king.

Buffo: I'll dress up as a duke.

(Musa then poses something army-like)

Wolfie: And Musa will be in a suit of armor dressing up as a knight. Now pay attention, Oso. There are many rooms in that castle, some are inside and some are outside. So be sure to check outside within the castle area if you can't find anything inside.

Details magazine recently wrote about Disney’s experimentation with updating Mickey Mouse. They say, leave Mickey alone!!!

link

According to the New York Times, Disney will release a new video game called Epic Mickey next year, in which "the formerly squeaky clean character" is re-imagined to be "cantankerous and cunning, as well as heroic, as he traverses a forbidding wasteland." Kind of like Mad Max. What exactly does it say about us when we turn our country's most benevolent animated cash cow into a "cantankerous" rodent, banished by his creators to forever wander a "forbidding wasteland"? Obama was our most recent cartoonified icon of hope, and barely a year since election day that big-eared hero has seen a demonic reshaping of his own—at the hands of shrieking tea-party protestors, birther freaks, Glenn Becks, Liz Cheneys, death-panel morons, Dittohead 2.0's, and all manner of scowling, cantankerous rodents indigenous to the sub-reality warrens scattered throughout the country. And now, Mickey Mouse...

Now this is just my point of view, but I find it a little bit ironic that one of the most realistically portrayed Disney females comes in the shape of a pixie! When it comes to typical proportions, the average woman can more easily identify with a winged sprite?! I mean, not everybody has a beautiful hourglass figure! Having somebody who is a little bottom-heavy is comforting.

While Tinker Bell does have a super-skinny waist, she is the only Disney female I have seen whose lower body is not exactly proportionate to her upper body. When I realized this, it made me feel so much better as a slightly pear-shaped person! (Hooray for link!) Unfortunately, the movie demonstrates that Tink is not very comfortable with her hip circumference. (Recall the scene where she’s checking herself in the mirror and gets stuck in the keyhole.)

It’s just a shame that we only find this type of thing in the secondary character department. For the most part, the Disney princess have gorgeous bodies with unbelievably trim waists....

Original hair color, officially deemed "Burnt Orange"
Has any one else noticed Cinderella's switch in hair color?
Wen Aurora was made she was supposed to be the only blond princess, as Cinderella's hair was officially called "burnt orange" and was not so yellow as she is advertised today. Also in the movie her dress is a much lighter blue than as you see it when advertised. i have also discovered that her new yellow hair can only be created digitally, so is defiantly not how she was originally meant to look. Also the in the 50's her original shade of hair was very popular.
I realized her hair was wrong when reading an article about Aurora and how she was supposed to be the only blond one, and again when my mom came home from work saying she had watched Cinderella [at work lol] and that she wasn't blond and that she didn't see the blue dress in the movie and that it was white. so i looked it up and discovered this article

Am offering a rendition of tales we all known and loved, well at lease those of my generation. It's an explanation to many unanswered questions and a second chance to revisit character’s seemingly long forgotten. To many of us these tales was known as the Disney afternoon but before I continue I first offer my most sincere apologies because even thought I believe in family values I also believe in honest expression and I feel a need to tell this story in a modern setting.
My exploitation of Indian, Chinese and Japanese mythologies plus the extensive stories of Duck tales, Tales Spin, Darkwing Duck and the Quack pack I've created Tales of a dime: The rise of Khan, the answer to the question of Magica Dispell's obsession with Scrooge McDuck's lucky number one dime. Keeping family values in mind these stories are geared towards the younger generation, the reason why I was so apologetic earlier but with more drama than their Disney counterparts I've blended comic book style action with a Lord's of the rings style fantasy, a magical, marshal arts world with a super hero forum. So allow me to lead you down the rabbit's hole, following a string of cliff...

Miley Cyrus
Does your dad ever embarrass you on the set?

MC: Oh, yeah! When we're doing photo shoots or something he'll just yell out things I wouldn't want anyone to know. Just random stuff. "Remember that time when you were a kid?" That kind of stuff. But it's funny. It breaks the ice. It makes everyone smile. If it takes embarrassing me to make everyone happy I'll take it.

MM: Do you do your own singing on the show?

MC: I do. All the songs that are in the show, even the theme song, will all be me singing. I recorded eight or nine songs already. Nine episodes, nine songs.

MM: Will you do a soundtrack album?

MC: Right now we're just all really focused on making Hannah Montana the show as good as it can be, but hopefully in the future there may be a Hannah Montana soundtrack. Or a Miley Cyrus album. They're talking about a [ring tone]. You never know. I don't really have a for-sure answer yet.

MM: Was your dad ever a musical influence on you?

Why are the new Disney movies not as good as the older and classic movies? There are many reasons that are contributing, some have been stated but I want to write down all the reasons I think Disney is not as good. I love classic Disney movies but I have been noticing changes in Disney.
First of all are the villains. The recent villains have been weak, and do not seem real so when the hero triumphs you do not feel the need to cheer along with them. If the villain is more menacing she/he is like another villain from an older Disney movie. Take the villain from Enchanted; she is on a quest to get the throne this is nothing new Ursula was trying to achieve the same goal. Her looks were like a more beautiful version of Snow Whites evil step mother, she uses magic and she turns into a dragon something that has already been used!
Next is the lack of songs. Yes they have songs but none the characters themselves sing, these songs are mostly for background noise or an odd out of place music number. There’s no songs that help the story along, giving you looks into the characters feelings that in words would be awkward, like the...

Alright. I have seen a few articles bout a who is the hottest, and sexiest, and prettiest Disney Characters. Some I agree, Some I disagree. Yes, I am a girl, and I am going to mention the pros and cons of each one. This is my first post, so I hope I do a fairly well job.

#1) Esmerelda

Esmerelda: Pros: She is beautiful in every aspect, she has a slamming figure, a great personality, great dancer and kind to others and is loyal to her friends, and obviously her goat ;].
Cons: If you don't like makeup, she is one of the only disney female that wears it. If you'd ever date her, you'd better watch out for her goat. lol.

I had to pick Esmerelda because she is rebellious, but she knows the differences between right and wrong, she is also beautiful.

#2)Jasmine

Jasmine: Pros: She has long beautiful hair, She fell in love with the poor boy, and she is witty.

Walt Disney's most popular character, Mickey Mouse
The Walt Disney Company started in 1923 in the rear of a small office occupied by Holly-Vermont Realty in Los Angeles. It was there that Walt Disney, and his brother Roy, produced a series of short live-action/animated films collectively called the ALICE COMEDIES. The rent was a mere $10 a month. Within four months, the ever-growing staff moved next door to larger facilities, where the sign on the window read "Disney Bros. Studio." A year later, in 1925, the Disneys made a deposit on a Hyperion Avenue lot in the Silver Lake district of Los Angeles. Construction began on the new studio shortly thereafter. During the next 14 years, many changes took place at the Disney studio: Mickey Mouse was "born" in 1928, followed by Pluto, Goofy, Donald Duck, and the rest of the Disney gang.

In 1937, Disney's innovative first full length animated feature, SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS, was released to critical acclaim and worldwide success. In order to expand and meet the expectations of his audience, Walt saw a need to increase the size of his studio. With profits from SNOW WHITE, he made a deposit on 51 acres of land in Burbank and began designing a modern studio specifically...

The Best Of The Worst
I'm sure some people will disagree with my article, but um... oh well. This list isn't based on which ones are my favorite villains. It's based on who is the most wicked out of all of them. For example even though my two favorites are Cruella and Ursula they won't be listed as number one and number two, because I think there are some that are a lot meaner. And there are some like Scar that aren't big favorites of mine, but that doesn't mean I don't think they're good at being bad. And well... you get the idea.

Think you know the hottest disney guy? Read Below.
So, I did girls, now I'm writing about guys.

I'm sure a lot of people are going to disagree with my choices, but oh well. I think in general though they'll agree with my top choice. yay!
So my choices are going, first and foremost, based on who's the best looking...hey, I said hottest, not best personality! Otherwise Quasimodo might be on the list! (sorry, Quasi. that was mean.) But also, personality was taken into account, because for some of them , that's what really made them hot, more than their looks. I'm sure that my list isn't going to satisfy everyone...well, too bad. Lol, feel free to make comments and tell me who YOU think is hottest.

A lot of the new Disney movies have been really lame. I think one of the big reasons they're so bad is they basicly have no villains. For example: in Cars the only villain is Chick Hick, and you hardly got to see him. Also in
Wall-e the antagonist was a computer. And in Enchanted they had a prety good villain going with that evil queen but again you didn't get see her much, when you did see of her almost every thing she did had already been done in other movies.

Now compare that to the classics. Cruella, she wanted to kill puppies for a coat. The Evil Queen she wanted to kill a little girl just to be the prettiest. And than thre are other that aren't so much wicked they're just funny, like Captain Hook. Which do prefer, the new ones or the classics.

Okay, I'm just going to put it out there:

I HATE the recent disney movies.
Besides Enchanted and Finding Nemo (which is really pixar anyway), any disney movies that came out after Tarzan were just abismal to me. Disney Movies today have lost so much of their magic that it makes me want to scream. Like, what's this new Chiuaua disney movie that's coming out? WTF? what happened to the disney movies that made you cry, laugh, and made you all warm and fuzzy inside? What happened to movies like Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid, Lion King, Pocahontas, and even the older ones like Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Great Mouse Detective? Those were the days that Disney didn't just cater to the minds of six year olds. They made movies that everyone from the age of 1 to 101 could enjoy.

What do you think? Agree? Disagree?
When do you think Disney started going downhill?

Who's the hottest Disney Girl? Read Below.
So, I'm straight, so maybe I'm not the best one to make this sort of thing. But I read an article before that a man wrote about the top ten hottest animated disney women, and i really had to disagree. His top woman wasn't even disney, plus he didn't really have any reasoning behind the women he chose. I am not going to write pros and cons like he did. I'm only going to write about what makes the women hot! Plus, his pictures were awful. So here is the ten hottest animated disney women from a woman's point of view.
