Disney's Revival Era really took a nosedive when the company thought this was a clever development for a flick....

He’s an ok villain. I like the idea of somebody other than Elsa having a “frozen heart,” but the twist did feel a little like it came out of nowhere. It would have been nice if his real personality was somehow more fleshed out.

I also hated how negatively they pitted him against the "real" hero, Kristoff with whole "lol the hot prince charming who respects you and actually practices regular hygiene? He's evil and gonna kill you, ladies :) go for the smelly, rude, judgmental guy or ur dumb". He should have stayed a hero. he makes a cartoonish villain. Not even in the cool, entertaining way a la Maleficent and Ursula.
