So, I don't know how many people will actually be interested in reading my list of favourite princesses, but I decided to make one anyway so too bad. :P One of the main reasons I made this is so I can have a structured list as to who my favourites are, as the only thing I seem to know in my list is who is first. So, let the countdown begin!

9. Aurora

I don't know what it is about her, I've just never really liked her. Sure, she's beautiful, but that's about all I can say in favour of her. She's hardly even in her own movie and her voice just really bothers me. Never been a big fan of Aurora at all.

8. Tiana

I like her movie (I know, sue me),but I don't exactly like her. Sure, she's harworking (something I admire) and has a flaw, but it's probably her flaw that makes me not like her. All she does is work, work, work. She really has no time to sleep or do anything fun for just one night. Even when she was at Lottie's party, she was working, selling her benyays. I just don't like that she can't have fun until the end when her and Naveen get married.

7. Mulan

Okay, the one bone I have to pick with this girl is that she's not even a princess, and not even sort of a princess. (like I would consider Pocahontas, since her dad was the chief/'king' of their tribe)I do like that Mulan is different in that she doesn't want to be what others expect of her, and I like how brave she is, but I'm not such a big fan of the non-Princess aspect and the fact that she's dressed as a guy for 3/4 of the movie that kind of take away from her.

6. Cinderella

The thing I love about this girl is that she's really into dreaming and wishing for a Happily Ever After. She seems really down to earth, even with what her Evil Stepmother and Stepsisters put her through. I love her big blue eyes, but hate her hair when she's at the ball. Never really liked it. I really like her (even if I don't liek her movie) but I liek the others better.

5. Snow White

Yeah, I know she's not a favourite among fan poppers, but I like her. She's really sweet and naive as to what's going on around her. She's also into dreaming and wishing like Cinderella. Sure, she may not be the prettiest of the princesses now a days, but she was lovely back in the day when she was first created! I love her big brown eyes and sincere smile. Sure, I'd like it if her hair was a bit longer, but I feel that her short hair is what makes her unique! I'm not a super big fan of her voice, but I feel it suits her personality.

4. Jasmine

She can look past the fact that Aladdin's just a lowly street rat and fall in love with him, which is something I really like about her! :) Also, she has a really fiery attitude, mixed with a sweet personality, which I like. Her looks are a bit too cartoony, but other than that I really like her!

3. Pocahontas

She is beautiful. She really is. I mean, isn't that why John Smith didn't shoot her, because she was beautiful? The thing I love about Pocahontas is the fact that she can be really fun and reckless at times, but then really serious at other times. The one thing I don't liek about her is how she doesn't choose to be with John in the end. (including or excluding the sequel, the decision is still the same.)

2. Belle

I think the thing I really liek about her is that she reminds me of me! (minus being the beauty of the town) Belle seems down to earth, just liek Cinderella is, and learns to live with the villagers scorning her for being odd and her father being 'crazy'. Belle is sweet, and also loves to dream about the things she reads about and was not afraid to go against the Beast. She just can't measure up to my favourite, though, who is:

1. ARIEL

Yes, Ariel's my favourite. She'd been my favourite for as long as I can remember. When I was little, I always used to pretend I was a mermaid. When I was about 6 or 7 I was Ariel (as a human) for Halloween, and wanted to (though my mom wouldn't let me) tie a sign around my neck that said 'Trick or Treat', since Ariel human can't speak.
Anyways, I guess Ariel kind of holds a lot of memories for me, but I also love how determined she is to get Eric and to become a human. She also goes against her father and is really reckless, which I think makes her more realistic than the others. I also adore her big blue eyes and how her beautiful red hair looks when she is swimming. :) Overall, she is definetly my favourite princess. I've never changed my mind about that.

I actually wrote an article similar to this one for Elsa the snow queen club. But Elsa is forgotten here so I decided to write this article. (Normally I used to write an article every day, but yesterday I couldn't because I was suffering from cutting my foot with blackberry thorns.) This article explains why I love Elsa so much.

1- Relationship with Anna
Elsa's relationship with Anna is so sweet! Elsa reminds me of myself and Anna reminds me of my cheerful and impatient sister who wants me to be happy. I love Elsa's older sister's love for Anna.

2- Romance = zero
Hahaha! I know you're going to...

Raya and the Dragon is a Disney animated film that was released in 2021. Like with a lot of Disney animated films, it's been getting great reviews. Does it deserve that? Does it live up to the hype? That's what this review is about.

Plot:

Raya and the Last Dragon's plot is about people of different nations, who used to get along with each power, becoming rivals who fight over pieces of power. Raya's father dreamed of bringing peace to the nations, but it's Raya herself who will have to make that happen. It's up to her to find the last dragon, Sisu, and get her to bring peace to the world. Raya...

Hi guys, I just want to let you know that I got to see Mulan a few days ago and like Beauty and the Beast. I have mixed feeling about this live action reboot, so here is my review on the movie that was postpone on numerous occasions due to the COVID-19.

The Story

I was really quite happy with a number of changes in the film, like we get to see Mulan's childhood more like what we see in Cinderella. I am very happy that she has a sister to talk to, to which I will get to that part later on!
Secondly, she does provide comic relief while in the army along with the soldiers. Whom the latter did not...

1. Congrats on winning Fan of the Month! How does it feel?
Thanks! It feels amazing and very surprising. I never would have guessed I'd win.

2. What was the last Disney movie you watched in theaters? (animated or live action)
I haven't been to the theaters much recently. So, I think it was Toy Story 4 last summer.

3. Who is your favorite Disney character? (live action or animated, Pixar or Disney)
Scrooge McDuck <333

4. Which Disney owned franchise do you like more? (The Simpsons, Marvel, Star Wars, etc) Why?
Of all the franchises they own my favorite would probably be Mickey Mouse and Friends....

Just a heads up there's going to be a lot of sad personal stuff brought up so if you don't want to read this that's totally understandable.

Today's rewatch: Moana
Last time watched: July 6, 2017

How much did I like this movie when it came out?

I had some reservations about this movie because I didn't know for sure if it was going to be good especially since I hadn't seen too much stuff about it. But after hearing How Far I'll Go I knew I wanted to watch this movie even if it was just to hear that song on the big screen. My husband and I saw it for my birthday and even though the villain twist...

Of course, we all have our faves and we feel a certain way when our favorite princesses are getting criticized. For me, I do feel like Tiana gets quite a bit of flack, some deserved but some is quite overboard. For example, people call Tiana mean and even ruthless for simply doing what Ray tells her by leaving him to fight off the shadows by himself but if she went against his orders, you know that would be yet another opportunity for people to call her condescending. So I'm just gonna counter some complaints against Tiana.

Human Tiana is more likable than frog Tiana.
Not really gonna disagree...

O and R = Original and Remake

Favorite Belle
O 4
R 3

Both versions of Belle are fine, but there is something about both of them that people love that makes them prefer one over the other. The people who picked original Belle grew up with Paige O'Hara's voice who put her heart and soul in her role as Belle, and then the people who picked remake Belle like that she's an inventor. One user said they prefered original Belle because they didn't like Emma's acting and compared to Paige Emma was pretty wooden and even with any positive changes made to her Belle bad acting can ruin...

I know Frozen isn't part of the Disney Princess franchise but this movie was on the list of movies to watch for months before I finally started doing these articles so please just go with it. Or don't read it. Whichever keeps things drama free.

Tonight's rewatch: Frozen
Last time watched: 2014

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
I was 20 going on 21 when this movie was released in theaters so I wasn't exactly a kid, more like a kid at heart. I wasn't excited about this movie at the time and it didn't help when Disney released childrens books that spoiled the plot, including the Hans spoilers,...

I'm on a villain appreciation kick right now and since the blatant drainage of all the charisma from his character in the remake is still fresh in my memory I figured I'd give Gaston some props. Some people would call him a lame villain but I actually think he's really cool and these are some reasons why.

He's Hans from Frozen done right. Subversion of Disney trends is the name of the game in modern DP films, but like I've been saying, Disney Princess movies have been subverting and reinventing themselves before Disney Princess even became a brand. In the Little Mermaid, the princess rescues...

No ones audition like Gaston!
No ones audition like Gaston!
Hi guys, since I had put this article in the Beauty and the Beast page. So, here are my choices for those who have not read the article yet and for your convenience! This article is basically on what would really happen if Luke Evans hadn't gotten the part of muscular narcissist bully.

1. Tom Burke

Yes, Alan Rickman's godson who played Roland and Bentley Drummle in Dragon Heart: A New Beginning and the 2011 miniseries Great Expectations respectively. From these 2 roles, he could the arrogant Gaston!

2. Colin Farrell

This Irish bad boy really is the ideal Gaston, his voice is gruffy and I bet...

Hello ! I thought a list of the DPs and what I like/dislike about them would be a good way to introduce myself to this club, so here it is ! Making this list, I was surprised at how difficult it was. I have a few princesses I dislike, but I really love most of them and it was hard to class them all. Some of them seem too low when I look at their rank, but then when I actually try to put them higher I realize I love the ones above just as much !

N°11: ARIEL

One of the only two princesses I actually dislike. She's a spoiled child who only thinks of herself, which would be fine if it was supposed...

All Dp films are nice. We can’t say anything absolutely bad, each film has something that stunned us. I am being impartial. Yea, each DP film has at least one thing that I love.

•    Snow white and the seven dwarves

1.    The queen is my most attractive female villain. Sorry Snow white, but I think the queen was more beautiful than her. Her luscious red lips and seductive eyes! She’s sexy!

2.    The huntsman is my most handsome DP villain human sidekick! Nothing to say!

•    Cinderella
