Welcome to the last of the classic Mary Sue tests. This one is going to be difficult, since Aurora has so little screentime and personality. But I'll try my best.

Unique traits without contacts or hair dye- Yes. It's hard to gauge Aurora's exact eye color, but she seems to have violet eyes, which is definitely unique (and not even natural). Since it's not a natural trait in real people, it's getting a full point. 1.
An odd name- No. 'Aurora' is probably the most normal name of the classic princesses, and not that out there. Even Briar Rose isn't that unusual.
Looks constantly commented on- Definitely. It's literally her nickname (which more people recognize her by than her actual name), and one of the gifts she was given. 1.
Multiple characters falling for her- No, only Phillip.
Gets into the relationships she wants- Yes. Like Snow White, she literally sings a song about wanting her prince. 1.
Always the hero- ...I'm seeing a pattern here with the classic princesses.
No flaws or any flaws addressed or called out on- Yes. Aurora doesn't have many personality traits, let alone flaws. Even touching the spinning wheel, unlike Snow White eating the apple, isn't a flaw since she was hypnotized. 2.
Seen as perfect/angelic in everyone's eyes- That's most of Aurora's character. 2.
Always loved and trusted without earning it- I guess? Phillip immediately loved her just after watching her, though that's the case for all the classic princesses. She doesn't interact with many other characters, aside from the fairies who of course would love her. 2.
Love and trust from closed-off characters- No. The only one in the film is Maleficent, who definitely doesn't.
Other characters degraded for her sake- Kind of. The fairies are portrayed as bumbling in comparison to her gracefulness. 1.
A rival to make her look good- I wouldn't call Maleficent her 'rival' (they don't compare traits like beauty even one-sidedly like Snow White and the evil queen). But she does go after her and look scary and threatening in comparison to her gentleness, so... .5
Never fails- Yes, but she didn't try to do much. She succeeded in meeting someone (not just in her dreams) and ending up with him. She didn't succeed in avoiding the spinning wheel, but she was hypnotized. 1.
Never injured- I guess not, she pricked her finger on the spinning wheel and died- sorry, I mean, 'fell into a deep sleep'.
Always praised and rewarded without earning it- Not really. She didn't earn her happy ending as much as the other classics, but she didn't do much not to deserve it either.
Unrealistically skilled/powerful- Definitely not. We don't see any of her skills, not even skills she's bad at like the fairies.
Always figures things out- No. She didn't figure out the fairies were lying to her for her whole life.
Kind but deadly- No. She's kind (supposedly) but not at all deadly.
Tragic backstory- Kind of. Almost killed as a baby, separated from her parents, and raised in isolation, though the one thing that undermines this is that her life doesn't seem that tragic and she doesn't consider it such, aside from being vaguely annoyed by her guardians treating her like a child. She isn't abused or made a slave like her fellow classics. .5
Skilled in a wide variety of things- Nope.
Contradictory traits- No, mostly because she doesn't have distinct personality traits to contradict.
Always gets what she wants- Yes. It turned out the stranger she fell for in the woods happened to be the person she was betrothed to, after she cried about not being able to see him again. Aside from that, like Snow, I can't remember anything else she wanted. 1.
Rarely shows negative emotions- I guess not. She does break down upon finding out she's a princess and her guardians have been lying to her (and more importantly, that she can't see Phillip again), when she could've gone along with it with a smile (which would be less realistic).
A resurrection- Yes. 1.

That's 14 out of 24. It sounds like she's the least Sue-ish of the classic princesses, but that's mostly because she doesn't have much personality, which is also a Sue trait. All of the classics are bordering on Sue, though I still maintain that Cinderella is the most realistic. All of them fit the "angelic" category, since they're meant to be "the perfect princess". Don't know who I should do next, but I'll probably do Gary Stu tests for male characters and tests for honorary princesses/non-princesses.

Tangled is my favorite Disney movie for many reasons besides the wonderful storyline and beautiful imagery. I really relate to Rapunzel in so many ways. I try to be optimistic and see the beauty in the small things in life. I try to stay hopeful and occupy my time with many hobbies. I have so many interests and love learning about them and learning about the world and other cultures. We also share physical features, brown hair and green eyes, and prefer walking outside barefoot. I also have some German heritage, so I relate to her that way as well.

My mother also acts a lot like Mother Gothel....

While it hasn't been confirmed, various clues have pointed to Moana eventually joining the Disney Princess lineup. This process only involved 20+ users, which I think is a good thing, we'll save the BIG survey for after Moana's official coronation. That's why I didn't ask for comments or use fancy pics. Since the pool of users is so small, I wouldn't say these results are absolute and concrete. This is just a small preview of where Moana as well as the other princesses stand.

12. Merida-178 points

To the surprise of literally no one, Merida is dead last. Often criticized by DP fans and...

I know I did this countdown a couple months ago and I said a couple months ago I was gonna do the article when I had free time, I just didn't know I wasn't going to have any real free time for a few months. But, look! Now I've finally done it! Yay! Sorry for the wait, guys!

10. Merida fighting Fergus and Elinor fighting Mor'Du

Merida fighting Fergus was a brief fight, it was just her stopping him from killing Elinor. The excitement doesn't really start until Mor'Du comes in and is getting ready to kill Merida then Elinor goes full on mama bear on him. The reason I like this scene so much...

We all know the tale as old as time that is Disney's 1991 animated film, Beauty and the Beast. It was a smash hit when it came out and was the first animated film in history to be nominated for best picture. It wasn't nominated for best-animated picture because that category didn't even exist back then, it was nominated for best picture PERIOD! It didn't win but that was still impressive because an animated film being nominated for best picture was absolutely unheard of. It's still a beloved classic to this day and for good reason. The animation is gorgeous, the romance is amazing, the characters...

Your movie's advertising LIED to us!
Your movie's advertising LIED to us!
First of all, this is an essay I had to do for my Advanced Composition class during the Spring semester, so this is a little bit more formal than how my articles usually are.

Disney and Pixar’s movie Brave is about a Scottish Princess named Merida that wants to be free of her arranged marriage and live her life without the responsibilities that come with being a princess. She and her mother, Queen Elinor, don’t see eye to eye because of Merida’s rebellious nature and Elinor preference of the traditional ways. When Merida fails to get her way she ends up buying a spell from a witch (Using...

Who will win? Tangled vs. Frozen! Frozen frost or Tangled tracks?

It is going to be EPIC! So hold on your seats for the comparison of two blockbusters of Disney---TANGLED AND FROZEN. This is my first article, so I am a bit nervous but I hope you enjoy this beauty list!

While Frozen comes with great directors and has much consumerism, Tangled has amazing visuals, entertaining storyline, great music, wonderful characterization and nice places! Let’s Start!

VISUALS AND ANIMATION:
Back in 2010, Tangled was considered to be one of the most beautiful looking animated films ever created. The animators...

My opinion about prettiest princess list are changed in times, so I want to share my most prettiest Disney Princess list in this article :)

11. Tiana

I didn't mean to say she's ugly, I just think Tiana is the most plain/average in terms of beauty department. She has nice eyes and those eyes are shining in some moments, but most of her other body features are plain and nothing special. Her hair is way too simple with some curls, she got too big nose and thick lip. Her skin was exotic enough as an African-American princess. Her dimples are fine, but at least it makes her...
