Hi!
I'm a huge fan of Rick Riordan's books, and I thought this would be an interesting idea! First of all, let me explain you a bit: there are 20 cabins in Camp Half-Blood, each of them belongs to a god, and their demigod children live in their respective cabins. For example, Percy Jackson belongs in Cabin #3 because he's a son of Poseidon, and Annabeth Chase belongs to Cabin #6 since her mother is Athena. The 20 cabins are:
#1 – Zeus (king of the gods)
#2 – Hera (goddess of marriage and fidelity)
#3 – Poseidon (god of the sea)
#4 – Demeter (goddess of nature)
#5 – Ares (god of war)
#6 – Athena (goddess of wisdom)
#7 – Apollo (god of the Sun and arts)
#8 – Artemis (goddess of the Moon and hunt)
#9 – Hephaestus (god of fire and forge)
#10 – Aphrodite (goddess of love and beauty)
#11 – Hermes (god of thieves, paths and businessmen)
#12 – Dionysus (god of wine)
#13 – Hades (god of the Underworld)
#14 – Iris (goddess of rainbows)
#15 – Hypnos (god of sleep)
#16 – Nemesis (goddess of revenge and balance)
#17 – Nike (goddess of victory)
#18 – Hebe (goddess of youth)
#19 – Tyche (goddess of luck)
#20 – Hecate (goddess of magic and witchcraft)

Cabin #2 and #8 are simply honorary cabins, since Hera is the goddess of fidelity, and Artemis is a virgin goddess who wouldn't have children (but her hunters are welcome into Cabin #8). I also couldn't think of any cabin that fit Jasmine, that's why she's not included. That being explained, I'm going to start...

Cabin #3 – Children of Poseidon: Ariel & Moana
I'll start with Cabin #3 since there's no DP that could be a Zeus child (or at least so I think) and Hera doesn't have children with mortals. Let's begin with Ariel; technically she'd be Poseidon's granddaughter, but still... Percy Jackson's niece has everything to be a child of the sea, even if she didn't want to be one. Her personality can almost be like a female Percy at some points. Moana's case was also easy, maybe because of how similar she's to Ariel. No other cabin felt right for these two.

Cabin #4 – Children of Demeter: Snow White & Pocahontas
These choices were very easy. Snow White has a special connection with nature in general. She enjoys picking flowers and is nice with animals. She has this lovable aura around her that it was impossible to think of any other cabin for her! And it was the same with Pocahontas. In fact, she might fit Cabin #4 even better than Snow White. Her connection with Grandmother Willow and with her animal sidekicks, her pacifistic nature (she didn't want a war)... Colours of the Wind sounds like the perfect song for child of Demeter, too. I don't know what else to say here.

Cabin #5 – Children of Ares: Mulan
I really didn't want to go with Ares here, but I had no other choice. I couldn't think of another cabin fitting Mulan better. The prove that not all of Ares' children are like him? Frank Zhang is yet another Chinese cutie, and Clarisse was pretty sweet in The Battle of the Labyrinth (when she fell in love with Chris). Like Clarisse, she is a very loyal person and respects her father a lot.

Cabin #6 – Children of Athena: Belle
This was also easy. Belle is a bookworm, and despite reading only fairytales, she's still thirsty for knowledge and adventure. She has got an enormous library too, and can be a bit snobbish at times.

Cabin #7 – Children of Apollo: Rapunzel
This choice was probably the easiest of them all. Rapunzel's magic came from the Sun, but that's not the only thing... She's creative, has a lot of talents, and is super sweet and optimistic. Apollo's children are also healers, which Punzie can do with her magic hair. Rapunzel is a ray of sunshine like Will Solace and any child of Apollo <3

Cabin #8 – Hunters of Artemis: Merida
While she could be a daughter of Ares or Nike because of her personality, everything about her screams Artemis. Not only she is an expert with a bow and arrow, but she doesn't want to get married (at least not without being in love) and hunters of Artemis make a promise of avoiding any kind of romantic love. Merida also loves being in the woods, and I bet she would get along really well with Zoë Nightshade!

Cabin #10 – Children of Aphrodite: Aurora
Obvious choice, isn't it? Aurora indeed grew in grace and beauty, beloved by all who knew her. I think Rick Riordan did dirty to Aphrodite's children, making them seem very superficial, self-obsessed and dumb, when that's not the case at all! Just like people judge Aurora for being bland and only a pretty face or a plot device. She's much more than that!!!
Some would argue that she's a Hypnos child, because she's Sleeping Beauty. But I don't think that's the case. Remember she was put under a curse against her will. Perhaps she does fit Cabin #15 in the sense that she's kind-hearted and calm, but I still see her as an Aphrodite child.

Cabin #17 – Children of Nike: Tiana
I picked Nike because Tiana works really hard to reach her goals. She has an intense personality and takes things very seriously. This choice was hard, but I think it suits her well.

Cabin #19 – Children of Tyche: Cinderella
I hadn't considered the minor gods into this, but after realizing that none of the Olympians really fit Cinderella, I thought about Tyche. What changed Cinderella's life for completely was a strike of luck (sometimes, when you can't do it all on your own, luck is needed), which of course, she was worthy of. She took that chance and made the best out of it.

Hope you enjoyed reading it! Please share your thoughts with me!

"This one is a great scene and I love everything about this movie. But having to choose a least favorite scene and this would be it. The others are just better. Love Meeko and Percy! Can't believe people don't like them! :( "- AnnaKay19

It’s kind of odd that the opening scene in the movie is last in our countdown. Here is where we meet our hero AND our villain. They are setting sail from England to the new world in search of the three G’s; Glory, God and Gold. We also meet Thomas, a young clumsy boy on the road to becoming a man. He immediately strikes...

Awhile ago, linkabout which Houses the Princesses would be in, and several of you requested that I do one about the princes as well. I’m pleased to announce that this is it!

But before I begin my analyses, it’s time for some disclaimers…

1. About the Houses. Here’s how I tend to think of the Houses of Hogwarts. (Note: I will be saying the most about Slytherin, since Slytherin is most often distorted.)

Gryffindor: values bravery, daring, bold decision-making, rule-breaking, following one’s dreams, standing up for one’s friends, and being overall “fun”/pleasant/courageous.

Slytherin...

So, I haven't been around for the past few weeks mainly because of school... but also because I've had been concentrating my Disney and creative efforts on making this video.

I linked the video in well, er the video section but I decided to put the lyrics here just so people could see it all at once... This might not be the place for it but I'm not much of a fanfic prose writer but I do like crossover lyrics.

My fire shines bright in the black of night
Only embers to be seen
A pyre of desolation
And I fear that I’m its Queen
The blaze is burning like this raging pain inside
I ignited the spark...
