What makes for a remarkable Disney Princess dress, the princess herself, of course, and while the Disney Princesses are renowned for their exemplary qualities that showcase the most empyreal aspects of the human spirit, it is the artful assemblage of accessories and garments which assist in emanating those qualities that make for the noblest of ensembles. This is what I believe are the most beautiful Disney Princess dresses. Which ones are yours?

10. Snow White's Primary Colors Dress:
A pure joy in essence, Snow White's lovely dress charms with its bold, fun colors, puff sleeves, high white collar and fetching red head bow. A confectionary delight indeed, the entire attire of the 1st Disney Princess will forever be a sweet memory.

9. Rapunzel's Purple Dirndl Outfit:
Each of the Disney Princesses have a signature feature on her outfit and Rapunzel has rightfully claimed the alluring lace up bodice as her own. Though technically her peasant dress, this beautiful melody of frills, lavender and lilac fabrics are just as endearing as any Disney Princess dress can be especially as it is imbued with darling details that leave the maiden wit the fantastically long golden locks looking oh so cute and chic.

8. Briar Rose's Peasant Girl Outfit:
When we are introduced to this princess, she is supposed to be in hiding under the guise of a humble woodland maiden but the innocently prim and courtly details of her earthy toned dress cannot help but highlight Briar Rose's royal status. With the pop of white from the neck collar folds, the sensuality of the black corset, the neat pleates of her danity skirt, the sleek black head band and that romantic berry wine shawl, her regal beauty is absolutely radiant.

7. Ariel's Ocean Sparkle Dress:
Though her seagreen fishtail and amethyst  seashell bra against her scarlet hair have captured our hearts and her blush dinner gown is as precious as a rose pearl, it's the simple glamour of Ariel's aquatic silver beach dress, shimmering splendidly with the iridescence of the summer seas, that had us applauding as the little mermaid arose out of the waters to become part of the world she had always dreamed of.

6. Tiana's Bayou Lily Ballgown:
As Tiana blossomed from her frog form back into her human form, the mint green layered ballgown she returned in glittered and shined on such an opulent floral design, it was as if she was wearing a waterlily glistening with a glory of morning dew in the wake of the spring dawn. It's just a shame the gown was shown for only a brief moment.

5. Jasmine's Seafoam Blue Harem Outfit:
Simple in design but simply sublime in color, Jasmine's main outfit proves that the right tint is everything. Tonally ethereal, the seafoam blue that makeup the billowy harem pants and fitted crop top perfectly compliments her ebony mane and caramel skin. Expertly accessoried with statement gold jewelry and a prominent sapphire gem head piece, this princess is too enchanting and cool to be just anyone's prize.

4. Aurora's Royal Court Dress (Blue):
Edgy but yet still refined with an architectural flare, everything between the golden, gem studded tiara, matching choker necklace, the shoulder exposing bodice with sharp collar decals, and wide, flowing skirt that drapes exquisitely over her statuesque frame, is all elegantly fit for the graceful princess Aurora, especially in blue. Pink is pretty and playful but blue is better suited to elevate further an anything but slumberous visage.

3. Cinderella's Silver Ballgown:
The very definition of a big, beautiful, princess gown, Cinderella's ballgown is a favorite anywhere. Classic in design, timeless in execution, this piece easily stands out with its silverly, powder blue tones that magically twinkle and sparkle like how the midnight stars appear to the captivated eyes wishing to know what they were. Ingeniously accented with a simple black ribbon choker that gives it just the right amount of weight, this gown is a homerun in any ballroom.

2. Elsa's Snow Queen Dress:
The moment Elsa liberated herself and conjured up this blissfully stylish dress, we were sold. The way it hugs her body, the sophisticated length of the skirt's side slit, the extravagancy of the sheer cape, that beautiful hue of bright polar blue, and how it all furiously glimmers and gleams like winter ice crystals against a raging fire, this dress is simply a stunner that only dreams are made of.

1. Belle's Golden Ballgown:
A grand entrance for a grand dress, we were in awe as soon as Belle stepped out onto the grand staircase to greet the Beast in this luscious, golden number. Glowing magnificently against the beauty's chocolatey tresses and rosy complexion, this deliciously ostentatious gown hangs delicately off the shoulders with profound textures and accents, twisting and turning like fine butter that melts into the soul with every graceful whim of movement. It is always a shame whenever this gown is portrayed in unflattering shades of lame yellows instead of gorgeous tones of warm golds which is why the Emma Watson Belle dress was such a disappointment. Yes, all that is gold is not always glittering but in regards to the original animated version, it is both.

Now Jasmine was forced to be a slave for Jafar. Luckily Alexandra and Erica hadn't been noticed, but they still sneaked into the palace to see what was going on.

They saw how Jafar tried to make her fall in love with him and how it in the end worked, they also saw the boy who they didn't knew the name of who was trying to steal the lamp, but Jafar stopped him from doing it and when Jasmine tried to do it Jafar putted her in a hourglass.

This is my first fan fiction ~ and I choose this story because it allowed me to use 4 Princesses (And one non-Princess) in major roles. All ten princesses have a part in this story as well, although 2 won't appear until part 2. I also tried to add origional aspects (most of which unfortunately won't come until the later parts either) instead of just directly quoting the movie. Anyways, I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it :) And if you could, constructive critisism for things to improve on would be definitely be nice :) Anyways, I'll stop blabbing. Enjoy :)

Where Dreams Begin Lyrics

Just put your hand in mine
Go where dreams begin

Everyone has their own star in the sky
There's one for you and me
Yes it's a magical light
That shines high up above
Far as the eye can see

It shows us the way
Lead us safe through the night
Into a lovely fantasy
Its heavenly glow
Will help our love always grows
So take my hand
Don't let go and you'll see

Just put your hand in mine
And then we'll go where dreams begin
I'll teach you how to fly
And then we'll go where dreams begin

It's a wonderful ride
As we scale the heights
There's no better view or place you've ever been
The signs are clear...

Dear John,

Wingapo,

I miss you. I miss you so much it hurts. I am forever grateful that you took a bullet for my father but it broke my heart when you left- but I knew it was for the best- you needed to get healed, the only chance you had of surviving was if you went back to England.

I remember I showed you so many things: a wolf crying to the blue corn moon, the grinning bobcat, mountains, I taught you to paint with all the colors of the wind.

There's a full moon tonight, it reminds me of you, half a world away.

A few days together, that's all it took, a few days for me to fall in love with you....

Here's the fourth article for the Best Disney Princess sidekick countdown. It covers the places from 11 to 20. Enjoy!

20. Chien Po
People thought that Chien Po deserved to be in the TOP 20. He ranked considerably above Yao and Ling, maybe because he's the only that wasn't mean to Mulan when she arrived in the army. Also, I think he is cuter than these guys and he surprised me while beating Flora in the tiebreaker.

Sorry for taking so long, but I've been quite busy on this spot with posting new forum posts and such, but now I decided to write about the results from the Best DP title picture countdown and I will write a few comments for each of them and where I would place them (you might recognise it from my article about it)! Anyways, enjoy the article and please comment!

10. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1)

If you wonder about the numbers in the little circle that's where they are placed on my list just so that you know it! This was quite surprising for me that it had to go first because I love...

I have returned after pretty much spending Christmas break w/ family (mostly my sister) and am in such a good mood due to non-Disney related epicness, Nostalgia Critic finishing Disneycember, and my shows returning while my favorite one comes to the finale.

But enough excuses. I also took time off to carefully go over the subject for this article because of very good reason. What's the reason?

I LOVE DISNEY SIDEKICKS!

Yes, the side characters are what make the movies for me in the Disney pics because I remember mostly their moments because they're awesome. To me, the sidekicks are the funny characters...

10.Snow White
This sweet, refined, adorable little girl might be a joy to watch on-screen, but might've been lacking a bit in the smart department. First of all, she goes into some little house that she doesn't even know who's it is, and sleeps on their bed! Really? What if they all had malaria or something? Then, even though the dwarves warned her PLENTY of times, she lets in an old, creepy lady into her house....

14. Cinderella

To me, Cinderella isn’t the best princess. I’m not sure what it is, but something about her just rubs me the wrong way. I’m not sure if it’s her voice, her personality, or her naivety, but I just can’t stand her. She doesn’t try very hard to get Prince Charming, she does try just not very hard, she doesn’t even tell him her name! How wrong is that? She dances with the dude all night and doesn’t even tell him anything about herself, to me, that’s just wrong!

Hi I am new to Fanpop, and I saw that lots of people had done this type of article so I decided to give it a try. Here is a list of my top 10 favorite Disney Princess eyes. Please enjoy, and comment because this is my first article.

10. Snow White

Her eyes are so small and round, that they just don't look like she could possibly have peripheral vision. And the color is quite dull. They just aren't stunning and they have no depth to them.
I do like Snow White, but she has no depth, especially in her eyes. There is nothing there, just a blank stare.

My 8th Article~! I love writing these~! I LOVE hair~! I have a small obsession with it. So here goes~! p.s. I have decided to put both of Rapunzels Hair styles together.

10. Tiana

Well her hair does not move. && I know they had to make it that way but they could have made it in a more flattering style. I love Tiana && I think she is very pretty but I really dont like her hair.

9. Mulan

Mulans hair looks very thin. && It is also very straight. I like a little wave, curl,or Body in hair. && Mulans has none of that. It is just plain.

Let me start off by saying that there is no Disney Princess I truly dislike. I think it’s simply impossible for me to dislike anything Disney. In a way that made this list especially hard to do because I felt bad each time I placed a Princess on the list. I love them all, with perhaps the exception of the last lady on my list, and even her I don’t completely dislike. She’s last simply because she’s the only one who managed to get me irritated at some point, something which no other princess has managed. I couldn’t find it in my heart to be irritated at any of them. But more on that...

This article is my way to say my opinion. Please don't hunt me down and kill me if you don't like something. F- favorite, P- prettiest (like duh, right). The P icons are by CuteDiana, the biggest credit to you.

F: 10. Aurora
Just a bland piece of nothing. She is pretty, that's it. Well yeah she has some great morals, but she fell asleep and so did I.

P: 10. Rapunzel
She is nice and cute but eyes freak me out. TOO big!!! She looks like she is 12. But one this is that she has got amazing hair. That's all.

F: 9. Cinderella
She is lovely, sweet, charming and cute, but the...

In light of the actual “fairy tale trend” in TV and movie, I recently realized how much the Disney movies have “taken over” the fairy tales they are based on, and how few people actually know the story they are based on. Because of this, I’ll compare the Disney-Version with the source text, and I’ll recommend a few other adaptations I really like. I’ll only take a look at the fairy tales – meaning I’ll skip Pocahontas and Mulan, since they are not part of my culture. Perhaps someone who grew up with those stories is ready to do a small piece about them?

Considering that...

10. Prince Charming

Prince Charming

Prince Charming, the second prince who married Cinderella is in the last place.Fans say that he is so boring, that we don't know him a lot. People see him as lazy, because he didn't look for Cinderella, so he send servants. In my opinion, I love him, so kind, handsome....

9.Cinderella
Cinderella's actions would make Jasmine very angry. Jasmine wouldn't like how passive she is, and how she's dreamy and wishes for more but doesn't do anything about it. Jasmine also wouldn't understand or like how Cinderella never stands up to her stepfamily in a forceful or aggressive way, or never tells them off. She would find it very insulting to her strength as a woman.

8.Aurora
Jasmine would like Aurora's playful, flirty personality, and how she acts hard to get with Phillip. But...

Here is the first article for the Best Disney song countdown, showing the songs in 79st-68st place.

79. 'Gonna take you there'- The Princess and the Frog.

Unsurprising that a song that is kind of unimportant and not really needed in the movie ,which may be one of the reasons, comes in last place (which imo it didn't really deserve) and also the fact that it may not be as loved as some of the other, better known Disney songs probably helped it to leave.

'I seriously hate this song'-fhghu

'this song was not even needed'-BB2010

And yes, I’m still on the topic of dubbing. I’m pleased to say that at least “Sleeping Beauty” escaped the policy of redubbing in Germany. “Cinderella” has mostly still the original dub, but for the DVD release some “marketing genius” decided that they had to change the opening scene. Who cares about the back story of Cinderella, let’s explain the audience that “Cinderella” is the American version of “Aschenputtel”. The explanation is not even correct, since the movie is based on the French version of the fairy-tale, which is much different from the German one. And...

I actually like all of the princes listed here, and they were very hard to rank. Anyway, enjoy reading! Thank you, CuteDiana, for making the pictures!

10. Charming

Okay, okay. I know this is a typical placement for him, but I just feel neutral about him. I can't use the excuse for lack of screen time, because, well...you'll see why later. I also can't say he lacks a personality, because he does have a personality. When he...
