The Most Beautiful Love Story ever Told!
The Most Beautiful Love Story ever Told!
Hi guys, since the release of Disney's Beauty and the Beast back in 1991. Here are my favourite Pop version of the theme song in no random order and what I think about the song, as well as the singers themselves.

Beauty and the Beast (Celine Dion & Peabo Bryson)

When I first heard the song, I immediately fell in love with it! Especially Celine's voice and the arrangements of it. Peabo Bryson was another amazing singer in his own rights and I was very glad that they were the perfect singers to do this iconic song!
This song has been part of my childhood and I was happy that it is part of the Essential Celine Dion album on my iPod Touch!

Someday My Prince Will Come (Barbra Streisand)

This rendition was another amazing moment, I first started to listen to this version after my American trip back in 2001 when they were promoting the Snow White special edition DVD.
Barbra's voice is once again charms everybody, and I'm very happy that Disney chose her to sing before pop music dominates the whole world later on.

Let it Go (Demi Lovato)

Now don't get me wrong, I adore Demi and her work, but this version is consider her underrated one. It is dominated by the original Idina's version from the movie, but overall the arrangements were good and I salute to both Demi and Idina!

Strong (Sonna Rele)

This is one of my most favourite DP theme EVER! Because the lyrics has an inspiration to it, initially I thought that it sound like Leona Lewis, until I found out that it is Sonna Reele. A relatively new singer in the entertainment industry!

Once Upon a Dream (Lana Del Rey)

My least favourite DP theme from Maleficent, her voice is really painful to listen as if she's having a nasal or sinus problem while singing! I wish Angelina Jolie chose a different singer.

Conclusion

Well, this article is relatively short, these are the only 5 pop version that I really enjoy listening to.

THE Princess and the Frog” does not open nationwide until December, but the buzz is already breathless: For the first time in Walt Disney animation history, the fairest of them all is black.

Princess Tiana, a hand-drawn throwback to classic Disney characters like Cinderella and Snow White, has a dazzling green gown, a classy upsweep hairdo and a diamond tiara. Like her predecessors, she is a strong-willed songbird (courtesy of the Tony-winning actress Anika Noni Rose) who finds her muscle-bound boyfriend against all odds.

“Finally, here is something that all little girls, especially young...

Okay I'm a week late but here it is, finally!

If I can be honest this is a movie I'm not really that excited about watching again. Any time I watched it in the past I wasn't that interested but now that I've been watching more Disney again lately maybe I'll enjoy it!

Tonight's rewatch: The Princess and the Frog
Last time watched: 2013

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
When I first watched this movie I was 16 years old and kinda going through a "I hate Disney" faze. It wasn't that I hated all the Disney movies since during that time I was still watching the classics like Hunchback of Notre...

My issues with these two aside, they do have pretty cool designs
My issues with these two aside, they do have pretty cool designs
I already shared some of these grievances in a wall post so the adrenaline is down but at least now I can somewhat organize my thoughts. In some ways this kind of a part two to my first rant.

Now, if you ask me the golden age of the Disney Princess lineup was that sweet spot when it was 10 princesses, I mean it was the first eight characters and films that most of us knew and loved, and grew up with, plus the two who kinda pretty much revived (no pun intended) the franchise and they fitted in quite nicely.

We even had a really cool website where the princesses talked to you, you could dress each...

Coronation Moments.
Coronation Moments.
Since 5 princesses were originally commoners, what you're going to read is actually a few coronation music that will suit when the these 5 commoners became princesses!

1. Royal Coronation Overture (Patrick Brill)

So the composer is modern, but this music sounds French and Baroque. I personally think that Belle and Cinderella will use this music since they are French.

2. Marche de Triomphe (Marc-Antoine Charpentier)

Another French Coronation, only this time by a French composer! Considering that this piece was use for the coronation of King Louis XIV of France (AKA The Sun King), it sounds pretty...

Note: Frozen is owned by Disney, not me.

A week had gone by since Anna and Elsa's accidental visit to the public lake. The 2 sisters wanted to actually swim. Thankfully Anna had a plan.

Anna walked into the living room of the kingdom and stated "We should go swimming today."

Elsa said "But I don't want us to make another embarrassing mistake."

Anna tried to calm Elsa down by saying "I went to a nearby private lake yesterday so I know how to get there. Plus it's not that far away."

Elsa asked "Are you sure it's not a public lake?"

Anna replied "I hanged out there for hours yesterday. Nobody...
