I recently added Merida to my favourite princesses list! I just love her! I had said before that I prefep romatic ones, but that changed with Merida, a free- spirited character, different than others. Merida is amazing, she is brave and stubbon, headstrong and determined and she follows her heart, no matter what will happen! As she says, she is selfish, but I like her anyway! Having done a favourite DP and favourite DP movie list, I could not resist doing a prettiest DP list. This was the hardest list of all, mainly because all the Princesses are really beautiful. But I finally figured it out, and finished the article. Please remember that this is my opinion, so it is absolutely okay to have different opinions, but please don't be rude about my choices. Snow White & The 7 Dwarfs:

I really love the ending of this movie, it's my favorite movie scene of all time. The scene makes me emotional everytime I watch it not only because of all the emotions shown in the scene, but also because this scene is so beautifully drawn especially the very end when Snow White & Prince ride off into the sunset and we see the Prince's castle, also my two favorite songs from the movie are heard again here

In the 90s, Disney was going for something different in their leading ladies. They wanted heroines who were COMPLEX, women who were INTERESTING, and they were determined to give (most of) the princesses realistic, believable, and unashamed flaws. These princesses were supposed to be relatable and a lady a normal girl could identify with. Perhaps this is why these princesses are generally preferred to the classics. These princesses had obvious dimensions to their personalities, and all were made to seem like a girl you could run in to on the street.

Why Tangled and Frozen are different.

A lot of people have been complaining that Frozen and Tangled are so alike, how Anna and Rapunzel look like twins or cousins and blah....well, I'm here to give reasons on why they're different.

1: Anna and Rapunzel

I know, I know, so Anna and Rapunzel "look alike." I feel like the fans say this because they were both structured the same, with a circle/oval head, the young eyes, and young face. Hey, at least they don't have the same hair color! Anna and Rapunzel were both made up by the same base, meaning the same body, but with different looks, that's all!

Rapunzel is one of my favourite princesses. I'm tired of listening to people criticizing Rapunzel and saying that they don't like her for the same reasons, so I wanted to write an article to explain why I don't agree with them.

Rapunzel is flawless

She is not perfect! She's very insecure and at the beginning she's not very brave. Also, she's indecisive. Of course, these flaws don't make her a bad character, but it's just easier to relate to her.

Rapunzel remains the same during all the film, she doesn't change.

Ok the truth is that we don't see a dramatic change in her character, like with Eugene....

Why I Love Pocahontas

Pocahontas has gone through a roller coaster on my list, most recently being 10th on my list, but I've always loved her.
