I've already made an article for link, link, link, link, link, and link and thought the next person on my list should be Cinderella! I plan on making an article about all of the princesses, since I do love them all, so don't worry if you haven't gotten one about your favorite yet, it's coming! Anyway let's just get in into the article!

Cinderella's gone through a roller coaster ride on my list. For a long while she was last, but ever since recently watching her movie she's been fluctuating between fourth and eighth. As of now she's sixth for me, and I'm going to explain why. The main thing I love about Cinderella is how realistic she is. It's a quality that it pretty rare, especially for the classics, and it's a quality that not enough people give her credit for. The way that she deals with the whole thing with actual bitterness and resentment is real to me. I can feel her anger, her sadness, her hope. It all seems like real feelings that someone would feel in the situation.

Where's a Fairy Godmother when you need one?
Where's a Fairy Godmother when you need one?

Another quality I love about her is her sarcastic humor. For example when she's talking about Lucifer and she says something along the lines of, "Well he's got to have some good qualities!" Also when she says, "I guess I have to go interrupt their-singing lesson", "I suppose the ball would be dull and boring, and completely wonderful", and "Oh that clock, even he bosses me around!" (I probably got all of those wrong, but I was just doing so off memory) I can tell just through those four instances that she's definitely got a sense of humor, probably one of the best senses of humor of the line up. I think her humor should get more praise, as she is quite funny, and I'd love spending time with her because of that.

You birds better get off me in three seconds, or I'll-
You birds better get off me in three seconds, or I'll-

I love her because of her strength. She's the strongest princess to me, not Mulan, not Pocahontas, but Cinderella. She has to deal with so much, too much from her step-family. I don't know about you guys, but I'd certainly crack. She pulls it off with elegance and a smile on her face. She knows that if she was to complain, if she was to rebel, it'd just get worse for her. I hate when people say, "Oh, she should've just ran away," And be homeless? Do you really think someone's going to hire an eighteen year old girl without an education and pay her enough money to buy a home? The fact that she doesn't just punch them all in the face gives me major props to me.

You'll have to do, I guess
You'll have to do, I guess

I love her dreamy and kind attitude. Her optimism is a trait I admire, since as I've said in the past it's a quality that I'd much prefer to the "The whole world hates me" attitude, that is popular in a lot of pop culture today. Even though nothing has gone right for her, she continues to believe that one day everything will work out and she'll live her happily ever after. I also love how kind she is to everyone. As I said above, she never once snaps at her step family, even when they're unbearable. Also, she spends her little free time freeing mice and knitting small clothes for them. How sweet is that?

I wanna punch you all right now
I wanna punch you all right now

To conclude, Cinderella is amazing. Her strong mentality, her snarky and sarcastic humor, and her resentment all make her a layered and interesting character. I just can't help but feel for her whatever she's going through. When she gets her dress ripped up it's one of the saddest moments of Disney for me because we just know how much she deserves it. Cinderella is definitely much more than a "passive doormat" and I hope you all can see that Cinderella did all she could. Cinderella is amazing and I'm glad that her fan base on here is slowly growing. She teaches us to never give up on our dreams and that dreams do come true in the end. She's a role model for people of all ages, and she'll forever have a fan in me.

An interview of Frozen
An interview of Frozen
So, after seeing Frozen with two of my cousins and one of my little sisters, I decided to interview them on what they thought of the movie. I hope you enjoy, but if you really hate swearing you might want to be careful because they swear a lot. Anyway, here's a bit about the people I'm interviewing:

•Nora: Is my cousin, who is a year older than me. Her favorite Disney movie is Aladdin and her favorite princess is Tiana.

•Elene: Is my little sister, who is a year younger than me. Her favorite Disney movie and princess is Pocahontas.

•Jakob: Is my cousin, who is also about a year younger than...

Chapter 4: The New World

All that one could hear was the cold, jarring sound of the shovel hitting the earth and the muffled sobs of the princesses. The shoveling comes to a sudden stop, and Mulan says, "So before we bury her does anyone have any last words?"

Everyone is quiet. No one knows quite the right words to say. Quite the right words to form how much Aurora actually meant to them. Suddenly Snow raises your hand. "I do," she says. She quietly makes her way over to Aurora's cold, dead body.

She clears her throat, and starts to speak shakily. "All I've done is cry the past few days Aurora,...

People constantly criticize the Disney princesses. They say that they are unfeminist, bad role models and terrible decision makers. I know you’re probably thinking: If you don’t like the princesses, why are you on this Fanpop? The thing is, I do like the princesses. And I think that a lot of the criticism they receive is ridiculous. I could write article after article in defense of the DPs, but what I want to focus on is their relationships. The relationships in princess movies have been bashed for years. But I think they’re healthier than Disney- Haters care to admit. And I intend to...

I have a bone to pick. The people on Fanpop keep saying that the DP couples would make terrible parents. The movies are about them when they are in their teens (or in some of the princes’ cases, early to mid-twenties) so they aren’t actually going to have kids until they mature a little more. This is my ranking of who I think would be most naturally suited to parenting. If an adult is good person, they can learn to be a good parent, but it is true that some people have more natural ability.

(Final Disclaimer: I am only counting the original films. I seriously disagree with the characterization...

Behold: my latest countdown results! Since my Smiles countdown seemed to be liked pretty well, I did another one, this time with the Best First Meeting between DP couples. Reminder: if the couple "meets" more than once (i.e. Tiana and Naveen, Ariel and Eric, Aurora and Philip) I put the more interesting one here to be fair, otherwise they would be voted out pretty much instantly. Enjoy! :)

#10: Belle and Beast's (Adam) Meeting

I kind of liked this one because it was pretty different from the others. Instead of a romantic and cute meeting, Beast scares the stuffing out of Belle during their first...

Hi! This is my new princess list, it is my latest lineup and comments and suggestions are free. I hope you will have fun reading it and just enjoy :)

First to the bottom ranks...

Snow White
Snow White

11. Snow White
Before: 11

Snow White is the only princess that annoys me. Like her singing voice and her exaggerated reactions! But then she has this optimism that I really love! Snow White might be the one that started it all but for me she's also the one ruining the lineup (metaphor). Don't get me wrong, I really love Snow White not just as high as the other princesses are.

Favorite Asset: Optimism

I've seen a few of these collaboration articles floating around the spot and I thought it would be fab to do this with my closest Fanpop friend, starlight77!

11.
starlight77: Pocahontas (PREVIOUSLY #10)
Pocahontas is a character I've always wanted to like her. She's independent and she's a peace maker. I feel like we haven't ever seen a Disney character like her ever. Unfortunately, I'm just never interested in her. Like the rest of the movie I just don't get into it. I feel like I go through the entire movie and I learn barely anything about her.

BelleAmie: Merida (NEW ADDITION)
I'm sorry...

Hey, so I've been on this club for about three months and I really thought it was about time to do one of these.

Where do you live? Northern Virginia, and in case people are wondering no one here has a southern accent.

Age? I turned 14 July 2nd. c:

Favorite Princess? Well, as of now it's about a three way tie.

Rapunzel: Rapunzel is amazing. I love her transformation from a naive, young girl, into a strong woman. I also love that she's a mix of the classic and renaissance princesses, some call it unoriginality, but I don't see it that way. Whenever she's on the screen I'm just captivated by her...

Since I am trying to make the Princess Of The Month more popular, this is another one of my ideas. In the end of each month I'll post articles, based on the countdowns for songs, hairstyles and outfits. There everybody will have the chance to discuss whether they agree with the results, what corresponded to their expectations, and what they wish would have been different!

Once again, I will be using pictures for my articles. A few months back I would have made a detailed explanation about each result, but since the recent changes, Fanpop has been acting really weird. And yes, I don't like the option of writing long paragraphs with text, while the pictured are all clustered in the bottom of the article! So under each picture I will be posting one comment, related to the result. So in case you don't want your comments posted in my articles, please contact me!

Here are the results of the POTM Songs Countdown: ~*Jasmine*~ (February 2013)! Enjoy and share your opinion!

Previous Part: link

Belle carried him away on her horse through the falling snow. He had been hurt by the monster who attacked him, but luckily he had somehow been in his beast form which had saved him. Belle wondered why he was in that form when she knew her love for him had broken the curse. Still, she was grateful he had his claws and fur to keep him safe. As she silently walked with Beast behind her, she couldn’t help but wonder who that monster was.
Tears filled her eyes as she felt the pain of almost losing her love to the monster. Still confused as to why he...

Jasmine's Story Part 1
A long time ago a little princess was born, her name was Jasmine and she had recieved gifts from 3 good fairies, but then Maleficent had appeared and gave her a gift which was that before the sun set on her 16th birthday she would prick her finger on the spindle of a spinning wheel and die, but one of the good fairies had changed the curse so that instead of dying she would fall into a deep sleep and the only way to wake her up was by love's first kiss. The other 2 fairies had given her the gift of beauty and song. After the party the fairies decided to raise Jasmine in...

I haven't finished my DP Movie Marathon, but since my opinion on one princess changed strongly and some other princesses has switched places too I decided to give you my updated favorite princess list. I just want to point out that I love all of them so even though your favorite is low on my list it doesn't mean that I hate her, I just don't like her as much as the other princesses!

10. Ariel

I have a neutral feeling for her. I don't like her so much when she's a mermaid, but as a human she's interesting and hilarious. However my favorite thing about her is that she's very curious over...
