Ashley. I didn't like Elle, I was glad she was out of the show.

i think Ashley is pretty Nice,never liked Elle at all.

I liked Elle, she had a tough-guy cop mentality. But then she lost it and killed someone unjustifiably. Ashley has an interesting backstory but with all the AJ/Paget cuts who really cares at this point? Well for me I guess I don't cuz Paget is my fave and I will stop watching after she's gone even tho I've seen every epi since 1x01 aired and have enjoyed this show. It sucks, the cuts I mean.

I still like Elle :)

I never really minded Elle that much, she added things to the team on occasion, but more importantly, she's NOT Ashley Seaver. Frankly I think the writers made a huge mistake in adding her. It's like rubbing salt in the wounds caused by the Emily/JJ cuts. She's an inexperienced beat cop who's slowing down the team with her relentless questions. What really bugs me is how patient everyone else is with her. After everything that's happened to the team, I'd expect them to be a little less forgiving of the little lost puppy that got dropped on their doorstep. Seaver really needs to beat it quick.
