Wally and Kuki had been walking around the house for a while. Wally was hoping he could kiss Kuki again. He hadn’t worked up enough courage to ask if they could kiss again. Kuki didn’t talk either. She was just looking down, kinda sad. Wally wondered if she was sad about the kiss. He got worried.
“What’s wrong?” Wally asked.
“Nothing.” Kuki said, a tear rolling down her cheek.
Wally took a deep breath. “You’re not upset about our kiss, are you?”
Kuki gently smiled. “No, not at all. In fact, I loved it. It’s just…”
She almost teared up again.
“You don’t wanna talk about it?”
Kuki shook her head.
“Oh.” Wally shuffled his hair. “Um, uh, am, uh, I a good kisser?”
Kuki giggled. “Great.”
Wally silently thought “YES!” but stayed quiet. “Erm, thanks.”
“Wally, that was my first kiss.” Kuki said. “Well, except for when I was four and that boy kissed me for about 3 seconds.”
Wally felt weird. “Me too.”
“Cool.” Kuki said. She sighed.
“Y’know, I kinda had a thought.” Wally said. He gulped. He was gonna ask. Even if it killed him.
“Ya?” Kuki asked.
“Can we kiss again?” Wally said. “But if you don’t want to that’s OK it’s just a suggestion but also if ya want to I’d be really happy since I told you I like ya and all—.”
Kuki stopped him by connecting her lips with his.
Immediately, Wally blushed. He just sat there.
Kuki broke away. “Your run-on sentences annoyed me.”
Wally rubbed the back of his neck. “Sorry.”
“But it’s kinda hot.” Kuki said. She slightly tilted her neck, and held her hands in front of her body.
Wally’s face turned red. “Heh heh.”
Kuki held out her hand. Wally grabbed it.
The two walked hand in hand down the house.

“Wow, this is STUPID.” Brooke said.
“No kidding.” Abby agreed.
“SHUT UP!” Mitchell said.
“Shut up.” Brooke mocked.
“I’m older than both of you.” Mitchell said. “So that means I’m in charge.”
“How old are you?” Abby asked.
“18.”
“HA! We’re both 11, so that means we’re older than YOU.” Abby said.
“No.” Mitchell said.
“11+11=22.” Brooke said.
“GOD DANG IT!” Mitchell stomped his foot.
“He’s not very smart.” Brooke whispered to Abby.
“I know.” Abby whispered back.
“So, Mitchell,” Brooke said. “Why do you listen to your Dad? You’re 18, which means you’re free to do whatever you want.”
“I know, but I have nowhere to live after I move out.” Mitchell said.
“College?” Abby suggested.
“I’m too dumb to get in.”
“We could help you.” Brooke said.
Abby nudged her. “WHAT?!?!”
“If he lets us go, we’ll make a run for it.” Brooke whispered.
“Really?” Mitchell asked.
“Ya.” Abby added.
“You have to let us go, first.” Brooke said.
“Oh.” Mitchell said. “Well……”
“College!” Abby said.
“Oh, fine!” Mitchell said. He untied the girls. Then, they took off.
Mitchell felt sad. Then, he got them back.
“Suckers.”
“DANG IT.” Brooke said.
Mitchell retied them.
“You must be here for the meeting.” Mitchell said. “It’s nothing BAD.”
Then, Valerie arrived with Kacey and Raleigh, dropping them to the floor.
“Ouch!” Kacey said. “We have school pictures tomorrow!”
“Sucks for you.” Valerie said.
“I’ll show you what sucks!” Kacey said. She tried to attack Valerie, but Raleigh held her back.
“She’s a little girl!” Raleigh said.
“Ya, an EVIL little girl!” Kacey said, still trying to attack.
“Tell me about it…” Mitchell muttered.
“I’m off to get that cute boy and weird girl.” Valerie said.
“Wally isn’t cute!” Kacey said.
“Yes, he is.” Raleigh said.
“You have a crush on my cousin?” Kacey asked.
“No! He’s just baby cute.”
“Oh.” Kacey said. “Well, ya.”
“Shut up!” Valerie yelled. “I kinda have a crush on him.”
“Well, good luck, girlie, he’s already gotta crush.” Kacey said.
“Who he’s kissed.” Raleigh added.
Valerie’s heart broke. Anger built up inside her. She wanted to go get revenge. She had to… kiss Wally.

“Y’know, if Wally can kiss the girl he likes, so can I.” Hoagie said,
“Don’t even think about it.” Megan said.
“Awww! WHY NOT!?” Hoagie said.
“Cuz you’re not my type.” Megan said.
“At least kiss me.” Hoagie said.
Megan facepalmed. “Why?”
“Cuz. My best friend has already kissed the girl he likes.” Hoagie said. “And I’m older than him. I should do it first.”
“It doesn’t matter who’s older.” Megan said.
“Well—.”
“And if you really wanna kiss someone, you should wait for it to be someone you truly love. Wally kissed Kuki, cuz EVERYONE knows he’s had a huge crush on her ever since they met.” Megan said. “But, maybe I’m not YOUR Kuki.”
“Hmm…” Hoagie thought. “Maybe you’re right. But, can I at least kiss you?”
Megan sighed. “Will it make you shut up?”
Hoagie’s eyes widened. “YES.”
“And will you stop annoying me?”
“YES.”
“And you won’t tell anyone?”
“Well, maybe Wally.”
Megan sighed. She kissed Hoagie on the cheek. Then she continued walking.
“Aww! I was hoping you’d kiss me on the lips.” Hoagie whined.
“Not yet.” Megan said. “You may be ready, but I’m not.”

“Holy shiz, are we there yet?” David asked.
“Where are we supposed to be?” Kiki asked.
“The place where we kick some ghost a-double dollar signs.”
“Well, we have to locate it on my ghost tracker.” Said Emma.
“Oooh! Can I see?” David said.
“No!” Emma said.
But it was too late.
David knocked the ghost tracker on the floor, shattering it.
“Dang it.” He said.
“Wow, David.” Kiki said. “Smooth.”
“Hey, I’m sorry.” David said.
“Well, if any ghost sees that, we’re screwed.” Emma said.
“That’s ‘k, since we have each other!” David said.
“Eww.” Kiki said.
“I don’t like this at all.” Emma muttered.
“Hey, listen.” Kiki said.
Everyone stopped talking to listen. It was Christian.
“Oh crap.” David said.
Christian picked them up, and carried them away.
The only one screaming was David.
