Kacey walked into the room, talking on her iPhone.
"So it's all set? Great! See you in two days!" She hung up.
"Who was that?" Abby asked.
"Numbuh 362. She says that everything is set for the party. Pack your bags guys! We're goin' to Canada!"
Two days went by really fast. On the morning of the trip, Kacey was the first one up.
"Attention everyone!", she shouted into the microphone, "This is Numbuh 7 requesting that all operatives of Sectors Q and V report to the S.C.A.M.P.E.R. NOW! We'll be leavin' in...10 minutes. That is all."
First came Hoagie. Then Maddy and Megan. Then Abby. Then Wally, who was helping Kuki carrying a HUGE pile of Rainbow Monkeys.
"Kuki, do you REALLY need this many monkeys?" Kacey asked.
"Yes! I can't JUST bring my 'Fun-In-The-Sun' Rainbow Monkey. My 'Seven-Seas' and 'Tee-Hee Tourist' Rainbow Monkeys would get lonely! And I couldn't leave my 'Funny Franken-Monkey' and my 'Darling Dracula' monkey alone with my 'Jokester Jekyll and Happy-go-lucky Hyde' monkey because he causes SO much trouble when I'm gone-"
She rolled her eyes, "Why'd I even ask?"
Minerva and Val walked in.
"Where's Kiki?" Kacey asked.
Both shrugged. She reached for the microphone.
"NUMBUH 8! GET YOUR BUTT DOWN HERE NOW!"
About 3 minutes later, a very cranky and tired-looking Kiki entered the S.C.A.M.P.E.R.
Val giggled. "Good mornin' D-!"
"DON'T say it!" she hissed.
"Why are you still in your PJ'S?" Maddy asked.
"Cuz I am. I'll change at the hotel." She plopped down onto a seat and immediatly conked out.
"Are we there yet?"
"Are we there yet?"
"How 'bout now? Are we there YET?"
Both Kacey and Abby were seething. That was the only thing anyone had asked over the last several hours.
"Kaaaaaaaaaaaaaaccccccccccccccccceeeeeeeeeey! Are we there yet?" Wally whined.
She turned around, "That's the 150th time you've asked me! The answer is still NO! Ask that again, and I'll...um...I'll wake up Kiki!"
He scoffed. "Oooooooooooooh, I'm SO scared!"
"I wouldn't test you cousin, Wally", Megan started, "Kiki's a MONSTER when someone wakes her up."
He smiled evilly and took a deep breath. "Are....."
Kacey growled.
"We....."
Val, Minerva, and Maddy tensed up.
"There........."
Abby scowled and Kacey growled louder.
"Yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyeeeeeeeeeeeet!"
She stood up and began walking towards the sleeping operative.
Wally was still smiling.
Kacey sighed, "You forced this on yourself!" She then pinched Kiki, who let out a shrill yelp. Everyone cringed. She began growling like a wolf.
"WHO pinched me?!!"
Kacey pointed at Wally. She pounced Wally and put him in a headlock. He managed to get out of it and put her in a sleeper hold. Everyone was yelling and cheering. Hoagie turned around, "HEY! I will turn this thing around if you guys don't stop fighting!"
"He started it!" Kiki whined.
"LIAR!" Wally barked back.
"Both of you! Seperate! NOW!!!" Abby shrieked.
Wally growled and Kiki attempted to go back to sleep. He giggled mischeviously, then reached over in Kiki's direction and pinched her as hard as he could. She yelped again, and began pounding him to a pulp. The younger operatives cheered wildly. Kacey stood up and grabbed both operatives' ears.
"Wally, stay on YOUR side of the S.C.A.M.P.E.R.! Kiki, control your temper!"
Both winced "Ow-ow-ow-ow-ow-ow-ow-ow-ow!!! OK-OK-OK!"
About 45 minutes later, Wally got the same look on his face. He pulled a slingshot out of his bag. Maddy, Minerva, and Val began giggling. He took out an acorn. The girls got even more giggly. He carefully aimed it towards Kiki. The girls giggled wildly. He let go and sent the acorn flying. Kiki woke up and charged towards him. Before she could beat him to a pulp again, Hoagie shouted, "We're here!"
