When lunch rolled around, Kuki skipped around until she found one of her new friends.
"Hiiiiiiiii, Abby!!" she squealed.
Abby cringed. Kuki's high-pitched squeal and her hypersensitive hearing was a bad combo.
"Hey!" she answered while rubbing her ear.
Kuki sat down and opened her lunchbox.
"Hmmmm....You wanna trade something?" she asked.
"Like what?"
"My turkey sandwich for your PB and J?"
Abby handed over her sandwich and immediatly began eating.
"I LUUUUUUUF TURKEY SAMMWICHES", she said with her mouth full, "Mow's your BB and J?"
Kuki didn't answer. She was too busy staring at Eddy.
Abby swallowed and waved her hand in front of Kuki's face. Then snapped her fingers a few times.
Kuki snapped out of her trance.
"Huh, wha'? Sorry."
Abby examined Kuki carefully.
"Let's see...."
She pinched Kuki. No response. She said Eddy's name and Kuki went into hysterics.
"Constant smiling, ga-ga eyes, fangirl-like squealing whenever I mention that name....OHMIGOD."
"Ohmigod, what?" the love-stricken girl (you know who!) asked.
"YOU'RE IN LOVE!!!!!!!" Abby shrieked in horror.
Kuki's face turned bright red for what seemed like the millionth time that day.
"WHAT! Noooo...I don't have a crush on...."
"Eddy?"
She giggled.
"Liar! You totally have a crush on...<gack> HIM." Abby hissed.
"What's wrong with me being in love?" Kuki asked, being a bit defensive.
"No, I'm fine with you being in love. Just not in love with..." she pointed at Eddy.
"Dude, what've you got against him?"
Abby shot her a look.
"Long story. But trust me, he's no good."
Kuki looked back at Eddy.
"I'll see about that!" she said as she got up and went to his table.
Abby did a facepalm.
"Another girl falls victim to the horrible sexiness of sparkly vamps." she sighed.

After school, Eddy and Kuki spent the rest of the afternoon hanging out in the woods; skipping stones, climbing trees...chasing bugs (mostly done by Eddy).
"So......how do you like it here?" he asked Kuki on the walk home.
Kuki thought long and hard.
"How do I put it? It's......"
"Creepy but at the same time, pretty quaint?" Eddy finished.
She looked at him with the "WTF, how did you know" kind of look. Then she remembered, "Oh yeah. Mindreader."
"Yeah. Kind of."
He laughed.
"You'll get used to it."
She smiled and held his hand. A bit of color (red, to be exact) came to his face.
Both, however, didn't notice a pair of wolf-y eyes from up in the tree. Abby slumped on the branch and sighed.
"I'm gonna hate myself in the morning. But I can't let ANOTHER girl be one of those sparkletards. I'm gonna have to call in the big guns."
She pulled out her cell phone and searched through her contact list: Dr. Kaceystien. Sarah Talbot. Kiki Van Hatrick. Megan Von Batty.
She sighed and started texting all of them.

Greetings ladies and gents (I think boys accidentaly wander onto this site once in a while). My issue here is that when my KND of Oz whatever story is over(don't worry, there is still plenty left), I am fresh out of ideas to write the next one. I know, it's a sign of the end of the world. Comment what you REALLY want me to write, or new characters you want me to put in, or whatever. I need your guy's help. Anyway, your guy's ideas are usaly beter than mine, so syphon off whatever you can. Pretty please?
