Personally you have to brake out in song if you want to be considered a true disney villian ^^ lol

I think it's important for a good villain to show some form of power during the film, before they are defeated or killed.

But it helps if you can break out into a song at some point too. I almost voted for that one, but changed my mind when it occurred to me that some of the best Disney villains didn't actually get their own song! For those who did get to sing though, they're often awesome (especially Scar and Facilier).

I think most there constitutes a villain.

And also kill someone and break out in song.

and also kill someone, kidnap someone/something, and take over.
