Of course Chuck won't die because after all, the show is called Chuck and killing him off would kind of ruin the whole thing.

My theory is: Casey will egt the order to kill Chuck but we will see that there is a heart underneath the sarcasm, so he helps Chuck escape by staging a fake death. Sarah will also help and this will bring her and Chuck together because they are not under superspy rules anymore.

I was thinking that maybe Chuck will die, but he'll e-mail the Intersect to some other lovable dork and the show will go on and on with Casey killing nerds, but they keep passing the Intersect around. They could change the name of the show to "Major John Casey's Nerd Kill-A-Thon"...

I don't think he could do it. When they thought the new intersect was going to be put in motion, Casey was shooting all the pictures and he shoot them all except for Chuck's. :)
