Tantalize (Cynthia Leitich Smith) was an awsome book. I really enjoyed it. It had me guessing what was going to happen until the very end!

Here is a piece about the book:

Quincie Morris has never felt more alone. Her hybrid werewolf first love threatens to embark on a rite of passage that will separate them forever. And just as she and her uncle are about to unveil Austin's red-hot vampire-themed restaurant, a brutal murder leaves them scrambling for a chef. Can Quincie transform the new hire, Henry Johnson, into a culinary Dark Lord before opening night? Will he be able to to wow the crowd in fake fangs, a cheap cape, and red contact lenses? Or is there more to his earnest fresh face than meets the eye?

As human and preternatural forces clash a deadly love triangle forms and the line between predator and prey begins to blur. Who's playing whom? And how long can Quincie play along before she loses everything?

The amazing twilogy by Suzanne Collins is being made into a movie, and many people believe it will be bigger and better than Twilight.

Here's the trailer

link

Watch it and comment if you like it or not.
Also, I highly recommend to read the Hunger Games trilogy.

The genres of the film/ books is action.

Set in the near future, a girl called Katniss Everdeen volunteered to enter the Hunger Games, a game which is run by the government.
24 'tributes' will enter the arena and fight to the death until one person is remaining, who will be the winner.

Read Katniss' fights to stay alive as she battles the other 24 tributes to win her place as the winner.

Watch out for The Hunger Games, everyone will be talking about it within the following year.
Soren is born in the forest of Tyto,a tranquil kingdom where the Barn Owls dwell. But evil lurks in the owl world, evil that threatens to shatter Tyto's peace and change the course of Soren's life forever.
Soren is captured and taken to a dark and forbidding canyon. It's called an orphanage, but Soren believes it's something far worse. He and his friend Gylfie know that the only way out is up. To escape, they will need to something they have never done before-fly.
And so begins a magical journey. Along the way,Soren and Gylfie meet Twilight and Digger. The four owls band together to seek the truth and protect the owl world from unimaginable danger.

I read this really good book the other day and I would like to recommend it to poeple. This is what is written on the inside cover about the book:

Rule 3: DONT STARE AT INVISIBLE FAERIES: Aislinn has always seen faeries. Powerful and dangerous, they walk hidden in the mortal world. Aislinn fears their cruelty- especially if learn of her Sight- and wishes she were as blind to their presence as other teens.

Rule 2: DONT SPEAK TO INVISIBLE FAERIES: Now faeries are stalking her. One of them, Keenan, who is equal parts terrifying and alluring, is trying to talk to her, asking questions Aislinn is...

"I still get nightmares," begins Johnny Truant, editor of House of Leaves ("House," by the way, always colored in blue). He goes on to explain how he stumbled upon the fateful document that would consume him. How Zampanò, an old and eccentric shut-in had left his critique of the Navidson Record scribbled on loose-leaf papers, book covers, and the backs of envelopes and even stamps scattered across his room. Johnny diligently collected all of the papers and organized them into the comprehensive thesis it was meant to be. It is an elaborate and detailed explanation of a documentary that, Johnny...

Eve knew the stories of the Fall, of a time before she wandered into the colony of Eden, unable to recall anything but her name. She’s seen the aftermath of the technology that infused human DNA with cybernetic matter, able to grow new organs and limbs, how it evolved out of control. The machine took over and the soul vanished. A world quickly losing its humanity isn’t just a story to her though. At eighteen, this world is Eve’s reality.
In their Fallen world, love feels like a selfish luxury, but not understanding what it is makes it difficult to choose between West, who makes her feel...

SHE’S WRITING ABOUT HIM. HE’S WRITING ABOUT HER. AND EVERYBODY IS READING BETWEEN THE LINES.
For Erin Blackwell, majoring in creative writing at the New York City college of her dreams is more than a chance to fulfill her ambitions–it’s her ticket away from the tragic memories that shadow her family’s racehorse farm in Kentucky. But when she refuses to major in business and take over the farm herself someday, her grandmother gives Erin’s college tuition and promised inheritance to their maddeningly handsome stable boy, Hunter Allen. Now Erin has to win an internship and work late...

My Life in France by Julia Child with Alex Prud'homme
You must know Julia Child by name if not by reputation. The cook of all cooks. The woman who revolutionized American household kitchens; she entered the home by TV and left us groaning, having just gorged on prodigious French food. But that really isn't her, Julia Child declares, in her book. My Life in France is an amazing, humanizing potrait of Julia Child as we peek into her life before fame and (can you belive it?) her life before she could cook (she claims that she was horrible in the kitchen before moving to France and attended cooking...
