It's not really a vanity thing, It's just If your not happy with yourself you never will be unless you fix it.

if your not happy with your self it means you have a self-esteem issue, not that you should pump yourself full of toxic chemicals.
its a very drastic step. you know that botox injections straighten out your forehead by paralysing your facial muscles through poisonous chemicals?! why would someone do that to themselves?? you are better off with the face and you're born with.

Only for a medical reason. for instance, if i suffered from an accident and had severe burn. then i would probably get plastic surgery if possible because it would be healthier. ditto with cinders, basically.

I'd definitely have teeth veneers because my teeth aren't very straight, but not wonky enough to have braces, and if my boobs get saggy then I'll have a boob job to make them firm.

I'd have a boob lift if they start to sag, teeth veneers and I want a small bit of liposuction. I have a bit of fat under my bum, it's like a fold (im not overweight) and also my lower stomach has a sticking out bit and no matter how much weight I lose, or how flat my stomach gets, it's always there.

I want liposuction and teeth veneers. I used to want a nose job, but they can either go very right, or very very wrong! I can contour anyway to make my nose look thinner, so I think I'll just stick to that!

I want my boobs reduced by one bra size, a nose job, liposuction and slight bum implants! Hahaha
