i try to hold all my emotions in and do a good job but once or twice a year i must watch something sad and have a good cry. Even when I don't want to.

I love a good cry in the same way people love a good fright or thrill. I'll watch "The Little Match Girl" (saddest fricking thing ever) for the same reason people go into haunted houses or go on roller coasters. To experience a specific emotion without having to deal with the pain, danger, or consequences of the situations needed. You'd rather watch a fake torture scene than be tortured, go down a mountain on a set path on a fake log then go down a real waterfall in a dangerous log. The same goes for me watching movies were pets die and I cry rather than having my dog die.

I always like to watch a sad film when I'm feeling sad anyway, because I'm not really one to cry and I'd be ashamed to just cry, so I'd put the film on and pretend I'm crying at that!

Occasionally I like sad movies, but usually I watch horror films.

I don't like it, but... I cry at everything. Everything has an ending, I always hate endings. I am ashamed of this, but... I cried at the lorax.

I hate crying. If I know something is going to be sad, I refuse to watch, read, listen, or whatever it may be.

More so Asian dramas then movies in general, though.

I don't cry during movies lol.
