Btw I dont hate or dislike Asami. I just dont care for her and I always hear how much people love her and they never explain why. All what they do is talk about how pretty she is. While Korra was pretty annoying in the first 2 seasons, she becomes less impulsive and starts making decisions based on reasoning, but all what a lot of people focus on is how she was in the beginning.

Well, what's so great about Korra? If anything, she's the one that's boring. Not Asami.
Actually, let me rephrase that. Korra is annoying as hell in the first two seasons. She's boring as tar in the third and fourth ones. Am I supposed to see that as an improvement?

I actually don't agree with either option. Korra was not well developed. She was impulsive, arrogant, and always snapping at those close to her. As for Asami she was far from boring. Yes she's not a bender but she still helped the team out in her own way. All in all every character has flaws but I still love them and I hope you give the show another go and maybe you might feel differently.

What's so great about Asami?!?!

Hmmm....where should I begin?

-Loses her mother in an early age to benders but doesn't hate nor blames them like her father did. She even dates one (see Mako)
-Turns on her father, all she has left of her family and joins Team Avatar
-Picks up her father's failing business at a young age but does everything she can to keep it going
-Supports all her friends and knows how to comfort all of them in a completely selfless way.
-Speaks to her father years after he pretty much tried to kill her and eventually forgives him only to lose him moments later
-Proves multiple times her amazing engineering skills (see the sand sailor from scrap metal/the suits that cut through Kuvira's giant mech)
-Takes care of Korra at Korra's lowest point and even offers to leave her business behind just to help Korra recover
-Knows how to pilot anything on earth/water/sky
-Is an exceptional fighter without bending

Did I forget anything?

But yeah Asami is so bland and boring.Does nothing.She is useless.Daddy's rich girl.
She's such a Mary Sue it's annoying!

As for Korra are you forgetting she was only 17 year old in Book One? Try to be a 4 year old reincarnation of The Avatar and forced to live the next 13 years of your life pursuing the bending arts secluded in South Pole away from the public eye! Yeah not an easy one! So cut her some slack you guys!!!!

I finally understand why people like Asami now. She's still not one of my favorites, but I can see why others would.
