I sort of hope so. I think it would be weak for the Equalists and following non-benders to just drop it- especially when the issue of oppression wasn't cleared up yet. Noatak was still the one that started the revolution, and he was still the one that shouted out on non-benders' behalf, despite he himself being a bender. Surely they'll remember what he did for them. He truly did believe bending was evil. The people will hopefully at least pander about the reasons why he wanted equality to begin with. They'll ask questions, and they'll begin to really wonder who their leader was.

Plus, Noatak mentioned to Korra that she'll be a martyr to benders all over the world if he were to finish her off. I think it would be awesome if it ended up being the other way around.

By the way, it's actually spelled martyr, not mayrtr- it won't let me edit.

MJsValentine picked No, not after his reveal:
It's presumable that the Equalists know nothing about Noatak's past. I'm pretty sure they don't and therefore they don't know that Noatak always had those believes that bending was the root of all evil. At one point the Equalists will surely ask questions about their leader, but right now there are only two people who know his story and I strongly doubt that they will spread the COMPLETE story around. I'm pretty sure that word is going to spread that Amon/Noatak is Tarrlok's brother and Yakone's son, and that he was a water bender, but I don't think there will be any mentioning of the fact that Amon/Noatak believed in equality ever since he was a kid. This is a very important fact though, because you could believe that Noatak was a bender who was just screwing around with the non-benders in order to gain power [which obviously isn't the case].

I also think that the Equalists have so much hatred against benders that they are basically narrow-minded to a certain extent. They attacked the air bender kids in episode ten, and while I understand that they are the enemy, I fail to understand how they can attack innocent children. They have done nothing wrong. So I think that they are too disgusted about the fact that that Amon/Noatak is a bender to realise that it was him who started the revolution and him who declared war in order to fight for equality. The lieutenant also didn't seem to be particularly happy when he saw Noatak blood bend Korra and the other chap. The fact he was a bender seemed to be a lot more important to him than the fact that Noatak just destroyed the avatar. I don't think that the lieutenant could get over the fact that his leader is a bender and, correct me if I'm wrong, he believed that Noatak was something of a traitor.

*Spoiler Alert*

Well, Noatak died, so I guess that means that he kinda became one after all... Though not in the way that he intended. XD

^^Your points, again, are excellent.

I think I'm just leaving room for possibilities, since this show has proven itself to be unpredictable in some cases. I suppose in large groups of people there will always be someone who is more open-minded and is fighting for the cause because they truly feel it's right instead of just being bitter. Although it makes you wonder, if the lieutenant, the closest man to Amon, couldn't accept it, maybe no one else could- but again, there are individual differences within giant groups.
