Korra: egotistical, selfish, arrogance, lust, hot-headed, doesn't think things through, annoying, jealousy, envy, pride......she's awful, plain and simple.

Bolin: weakness in himself and envy for what his brother has (deep down).....he is also too nice which can be a flaw. Also he has childlike innocence

Mako: arrogance, narcissism, pride, lust.........cheating bastard

Asami: I can't think of one for her........I find her to be perfect. I'd say maybe she is too compassionate which is a flaw and she puts up with so much bullshit when she shouldn't

Lin: Pride (but that isn't a bad thing for her); bottled up anger for enemies (not necessarily a bad thing...but a flaw)

Tenzin: Overly protective and occasionally quick to anger.....also fear for his family could be a flaw if it consumed him and he was unable to act rationally

Pema: Lacking in morals........she told Korra to deliberately go after a man that is taken.....smooth

Amon: Ruthless, willing to kill, evil, immoral, greed for his cause

Tarrlok: Same as his brother, I'd also say envy for his brother's relationship with their father, resentment for not being as good as his brother that he keeps harbored in, and envy for what his brother has accomplished, abandonment leaving him without emotion
