Does anyone here, by any chance, know how to read a natal chart?

I just drew mine on a website (Always Astrology, posted a link here if interested in seeing your chart, or I could draw it for you, just need the birthdate, birth time, and birth place), and I've been having difficulty understanding it :(
I read about one thing, and think I have the concrete basics on it. But then I go and read something else, and it totally screws up my views on it completely. I'm having trouble with it, and I truly do need some help :(

So, if anyone knows how to read your natal chart, could you please lend a hand? :)
