Astrology Question

Taurus & Virgo ?

I'm (woman) Taurus and my fiance (man) is Virgo. In our life after married, who will be take more control of the situation no matter what the gender ?
Because I'm kinda couldn't easily obey some rules from other. And my fiance is kinda rules maker.
