Plzz tell me of an anime revolving around two best friends(girls)!!

How about Peach Girl? It revolves around Momo and her 'best friend', Sae. The aren't actually friends, but they used to be, so...
It has a lot of conflict and romance. I'm not sure if you really like those, but it's worth a shot.

Michiko to Hatchin takes place in Brazil so it gives a different feel than most anime

Pretty Cure. I'm kind of cheating here, because you said no magical girl anime, but this is the only one I could think of. Plus, unlike most magical girl anime, this has lots of action to it!

Canaan.
Though Canaan/Maria(friends) aren't the total main focus, their friendship is very apparent throughout the series. I highly recommend this anime. It's really good and so underrated. <3
