Sweets and Salty

In the last few weeks the pack had a little activity. Humphrey was excited to say that he and Kate were finally married, they planned to have puppies soon. Lilly and Garth had also gotten married, they found love at first sight. There was just one more female Omega who was out their looking for love. This Omega's name was Sweets, as her name explains she was a sweet, beautiful omega who has not found a mate.

Many male omegas, and Alpha males were taken. Candy took Shakey and Mooch left the pack a while back, but she wasn't interested in Mooch but there was one wolf in particular that she had feelings for. His name was Salty, he had yellow eyes, pepper fur color, and she was in love with him after many weeks before........

One night many weeks ago, the moonlight howl was about to begin, both Candy and Sweets getting ready. They bathed and made sure that they smelled good, after they dried off and made sure they look good. 

Candy picked up a pine cone and started brushing sweets hair.
"So you think we will find someone tonight" candy said as she stroked Sweets hair.
"Who knows Candy, who will be their though" 
"Humphrey, Jet, DeSean, Todd, Brian, and those are the only good ones."
"Well lets hope this moonlight will shed some luck on us"
Candy stopped stroking Sweets hair. She made sure her hair was pretty as well. Sweets and Candy were ready to find love at the Moonlight howling.

Mean while Salty was getting ready, he washed his coat and got ready. He flipped his hair to get his hair the way he likes it. 
"So Salty anyone in particular you trying to get at the howl?" Humphrey said while walking up the hill to the howl.
"Well, I don't know…" as they were walking Salty noticed Sweets, she was beautiful in the moonlight. 
"Whoa! Look at Sweets tonight" Salty lets his tongue hang out. 
"Dude, the tongue" Shakey puts up his jaw "You know she is out of your league, you can't get her.
"I can get any girl I want, watch." Salty jumps out in front of Sweets and Candy.
"Hey"  Salty poses and Sweets and Candy looked back.

"Hey…" Salty was lost in words and Candy rolled her eyes and shook her head, and they kept walking. Sweets on the other hand looked back gave a smile and giggled. Salty couldn't believe what just happened, he was miserable failure in his mind, but to Sweets he seemed nice and funny.
"Hey guys am gonna need a few minutes by myself, I failed hard there" he walked off to a walk where the moonlight would be shining on him. 
"Hey Candy, who was that?" She stopped in her tracks.
"Just a loser named Salty, I knew him back when we were young"
Sweets noticed Salty by himself then looked at Candy, "Hey Candy ill meet you later ok"
"Don't tell me your gonna talk to Salty"
Sweets just ignored her comment, "He is a complete loser Sweets"

Salty was taking to himself up at his rock and laid down, "Why I'm I such a complete failure" he sniffles a bit.
"Hey" 
Salty looked around, "What?"
Sweets came up to Salty,"Hey Salty"
"Sweets!, um… wow your talking to me, well hi"
Sweets let off a little giggle and laid down next to Salty, "So what have you been up to" she got a little closer to Salty and leaned on him a bit.
"Um… nothing really uh… just looking for… a…" couldn't believe what that she is really talking to him
"A mate?" she smiled at Salty
"Ya" smiles back at Sweets
"Well guess what, I am looking for one too" she puts her head under Salty's head. Salty was just speechless and couldn't believe what was happening.
"Come on Salty let's howl together"  

"Well Sweets its been almost two months since we howled that one night" Salty smiles at Sweets, "So I got one question"
"And what is that" smiles back
"Will you be my lovely mate" nuzzles her nose softly.
Sweets giggles and nuzzles back, "Yes, I will Salty" she looked at salty straight in the eyes and kisses him.
"Together forever"
