80's & 90's UK childrens television Question

Can ANYONE remember this 90's kids show???

I've looked everywhere to try and find out what this show was called, but NOBODY seems to know!

All I can remember is that it was set in some sort of junkyard and there were animals that lived in the old washing machines and stuff. And there was this tower where the owls lived and they were meant to be like wise elders who made all the decisions or something.

The only thing I can think of is a cartoon called "Stoppit and Tidy Up" or something along those lines. As I remember it was quite weird but brilliant at the same time.

I am not a hundred percent certain but i think the name of the show is "Grady Greenspace". i'm singing the theme tune in my head and that was the main characters name. it had real animals in it to look like talking actions. and there was an ugly rat who lived in a washing machine. Good times!!
