I guess you are referring to my LOTR icons contest. How it works is that you have to sign up with one character (that hasn't already been taken), then make 20 icons following the themes/category given. And then you take another character for another round. But for the whole 20 icons it has to be with the same character. I hope this could help. If you have any other questions, just ask.
