Why looks Nick Wilde similar to Fox McCloud? Is that only me?

Sure, both dudes are foxes, but always when I imagine Nick with orange-brown fur, he reminds me on my favourite Character out of StarFox. Is that normal?

Okay, that´s true, but for it´s like a DISNEY version of Fox.

Saying he's similar to McCloud is the same as saying he looks like any fox anthro, even Krystal who has blue fur and is covered in jewelry. If anybody, he looks and acts like a modern day Robin Hood except in the beginning, he's more about caring for himself than others.
