Artemis stared at the wish again.

"Well, I'm, uh, gonna go back to the, um, rest of the team then." Wally started, spinning on his heals to leave but the archer stopped him.

"Thank you." She said.

"No prob."

Artemis watched Wally leave, then leaned against the door frame.

"Last Christmas, I gave you my heart, But the very next day you gave it away, This year, To save me from tears, I'll give it to someone special." The girl sang quietly until she was sure Wally was gone.

"Once bitten and twice shy, I keep my distance, But you still catch my eye, Tell me baby, Do you recognize me?Well, It's been a year, It doesn't surprise me, Happy Christmas, I wrapped it up and sent it, With a note saying "I love you", I meant it, Now I know what a fool I've been, But if you kissed me now, I know you'd fool me again." Artemis wrinkled her nose as she thought back to the previous Christmas, where she sent a note to her crush and only got her heart stomped on. She swore she'd never fall for anyone like that again.

"Megan is about to send them, and I really want to get mine in." Wally bit his lip, wishing he could have worded that better.

Artemis nodded, than closed her door. She walked to her desk and pulled out a piece of paper. She quickly scribbled in a wish, than ran after the speedster.

“We’ll be back as soon as possible” I hugged Cat. While Artemis, Megan and I would be heading off to hunt the assassin with Red Arrow, she would be staying with Robin, Kid Flash, Aqualad and Super Boy.
“Be careful, and don’t do anything stupid” she smiled
“I’m not you” I laughed. I waved good bye. Someone grabbed my shoulder. I turned to see Robin standing there. I hugged him tightly.
“Good luck” he whispered in my ear. I let go and walked over to the bio ship. I climbed in and found everyone waiting for me.

I opened the door a crack and looked out. Nobody was awake. I opened it the rest of the way and flew out. I flew low to the ground. People would look out for things at head height, not flat against the ground. I flew to the mission room. I pulled up a computer screen and searched through the files. Cheshire’s had to be here somewhere.
“Where art thou Cheshire? If there is a file on here about you, don’t think I won’t find it” I muttered to myself

I grabbed my eye thick black eye liner and started to work on my secret identity. I drew Celtic designs around my eyes. I pulled on my black body suit and my skinny jeans. I pulled on some gloves and looked in the mirror. I looked, dare I say it, alright. I walked out to find Cat in her uniform. She was wearing brown capris leggings and a cute brown top. To make her identity a secret, she changed her eyes from blue to green. I wore black boots while Cat went bare foot.
