No he didn't he explains in Episode 2 of YJI that on the outside he dosn't age but on the inside he dose. It is also a reason why he broke up with Megan. Wich I find kind of wired cause Red Arrow is a clone and he aged on the outside to. Well I guess it is different for every clone.
