How did Professor Ivo end up in prison at Belle Reve and he was not caught by the team?

no thats prof. Ivo, the guy who made AMAZO and the MONQIS,( and yes he spelt it with a Q, that nutcase), well he could have been caugt by the leage like Kurls_Basd said, which could be true, OOOOOOOOOR, the light some how placed him in the prison with the help of the therapist dude, who we all know works with the light, so i personally think thats how he got in, but who knows
